Location, size.of room, very comfortable

Cons:

No wine glasses. Power cut meant 1 hour wait late.at night.to.enter. just unlucky but no reduction.on.breakfast for example

De locatie is centraal, maar we sliepen op de zolderkamer waarvoor je zes trappen naar boven moest en als
je op je kamer kwam waren twee grote balken over de breedte van de kamer waardoor je de hele tijd gebukt door je kamer moest lopen. Afschuwelijk

Wij twee mensen van rond de 1.86 hadden een kleine badkamer waar je niet eens behoorlijk naar de wc kon

Šarmantni butik hotel u srcu prekrasnog Leidena.

Lokacija, atmosfera, dašak starine. Tuš-kabina udobni kreveti, ljubazno osoblje. Aparat za kavu i vruću vodu za čaj. Dočekala nas je topla soba.

Cons:

Nedostaju kukice za objesiti mokre ručnike. Osim toga ništa, ostalo je sve odlično.

Comfortable bed

Cons:

3rd floor . Very steep stairs to climb, not easy with heavy luggage. There were low beams so one had to constantly keep this in mind walking around the room. TV had few channels so not much choice. I was not made aware of Wifi. ….

Kamers zien er mooi uit.

Cons:

Zeer gehorig, van de bovenburen hoor je elke stap. Ook lijkt het in de avond alsof het raam gewoon openstaat waardoor je iedereen hoort langslopen/schreeuwen. Niet bevorderlijk voor de nachtrust.

Séjour dans un établissement géographiquement bien localisé, mais où l’on est très mal accueilli et traité !
Pros:

Hôtel qui offre plutôt de grandes chambres d’hôte. La chambre est bien équipée et spacieuse mais le style de la décoration est un peu « chargé » sans réel intérêt esthétique. La sobriété devrait être privilégiée. Le petit déjeuner horriblement cher n’en est pas un, le café et la viennoiserie provient d’un établissement extérieur où il est préférable de se rendre pour payer trois fois moins cher pour les mêmes produits. Dommage que la jeune fille a l’accueil, extrêmement désagréable, hautaine, méprisante ait littéralement gâché le séjour. Nous avons rarement vu une personne aussi peu aimable qui a exigé une preuve de paiement alors que tout se fait bien évidemment via Booking,com qui avait tout fournit. Cette dernière, par son attitude a été plus que « limiite » ! Nous nous en sommes plaint lors du check out à un homme très à l’écoute qui a sous entendu que nous n’étions pas les seules à nous plaindre. Pourquoi garder de tels employés ?

Cons:

La personne qui nous a accueilli d’une façon très désagréable et qui a tout de suite gâché notre séjour. La quasi-arnaque du petit déjeuner qui n’existe pas la décoration trop chargée des chambres. Un établissement qui se « la joue » un peu!
