Lovely!
Pros:

We stayed in the Charly suite. It was very large, full kitchen with all that was needed, comfortable bed, friendly staff. It was so nice that extended our stay for 3 days.

Pros:

Dit is een fantastische locatie midden in het hart van Leiden. Je loopt zo de gezellige drukte in. Parkeren is ook eenvoudig in de dicht bijzijnde parkeer garage. Daarnaast is de ontvangst en het ontvangst gewoon echt goed!

Its location, the history, the modern bathroom, heated towel rail, comfortable bed.

Cons:

I would have appreciated having a dressing gown, and slippers.
Earlier access to reception.
Be prepared for narrow, short treaded spiral stairs.

Unzumutbares WC im Widerspruch zu den Buchungsdetails und dem Preis von 211 Euro pro Nacht..

Betten ok, Frühstück ok, schönes Haus in guter Lage.

Cons:

Habe eine "Premium Suite" mit "eigenem Badezimmer" und "WC" gebucht. Das Zimmer hat kein Badezimmer, Dusche und Waschbecken sind im Zimmer eingebaut. Das separate, heruntergekommene WC mit altmodischer Kloschüssel und versifftem Wasserkasten ist in jeder Hinsicht unzumutbar.
