Pros:

Comfortable bed, toilets are clean, the ganga ghaat view🫠

Cons:

Breakfast could be better, as a 3 star hotel, they should include fruits in breakfast, it's on the menu but not in actual, every day the same menu gets repeated.

Pros:

The location is too good. The balcony facing Ma Ganga is the best part of this hotel. The food was also good, prepared fresh and tasty

Cons:

The bathroom has glass doors and was not very clean. I also feel the pricing of around 8000 per night is too much.

Ganga exotica in Haridwar location is 5*, had very special vibes, the hotel is situated right on the banks of the ganges, with a private bathing ghat for guest anf clear views of the river.

Pros:

We stayed here for a night. Wish we had stayed more days. Impeccable cleanness. Very serence and soothing experience at the private Ghat in the hotel.
Very courteous and helpful staff. Food was excellent as well. I will definitely stay here next.

Pros:

Lovely stay, good Food, specially at the Roof Top Restaurant, the Gangaji View from our Room was simply awesome, the Room was very neat & clean , believe me , we could see the Gangaji from our bathroom toooo 😊
We had bath in Ganga ji at their Ghat in the Hotel (wonderful feeling)
Staff very courteous. In all we really had a Good comfortable stay.

Our Family has very much liked the stay & plan to stay again at Ganga Exotica .
Pros:

Rooms & the hotel was well maintained & clean. The breakfast was sumptuous & tasty. The staff was helpful & service was prompt. Private ghat though small was most liked to avoid crowded public ghats, location was good. View from terrace & evening experience was most serene.

Cons:

One Suggestion, if the height of the boundary railings in the water of Pvt ghat can be increased a bit (like in the pvt ghat of neighbouring hotels) it would feel safer for non swimmers .

Transparency was missing in the charges. Extra charges were forced.
Pros:

Location was good. Specially their own river bank.

Cons:

The staff didn't tell us about the late check out charges. I even asked the reception that if there is any such thing then I can wait in the lobby. It was only a matter of few minutes.
But when we checked out they charged us Rs 1000 extra. And when I mentioned that they didn't told us about the charges earlier the behaviour of staff was very rude.

Lovely cozy comfortable Hotel, near & clean Rooms. Had wonderful bathing time at the Hotel private ghat with full privacy.😊
Enjoyed the Tast Food on their Roof Top Restaurant. The Staff was very nice and courteous 👌
