Pros:

We love the idea of staying in historic properties, and The Miners Hotel certainly delivers on uniqueness and character. That said, cleanliness and freshness are equally important, and unfortunately this is where things fell short for us.

As a family of five, we were disappointed to find the accommodations better suited to four, despite assurances otherwise. For the price, we expected a higher level of comfort and accuracy in the listing. While the experience of staying in a period hotel in Butte is memorable, the overall value simply didn’t live up to the billing.

In short — charming and historic, yes — but be sure to confirm the room details closely before booking.

Pros:

A very nice place to stay. Easy to get to. Check in was super fast and easy and checking out was even easier. While the building and rooms are obviously old, it is very clean and up to date. Bring your own pillows though. The TV had a few streaming services on them like Netflix and Amazon, but have others for you to sign into if you felt the need. Located in historic downtown, so it is close to a lot of pubs and places to eat. Will definitely stay here again.....with my own pillows.

Pros:

Interesting hotel with history and speakeasy in lower level. Offer breakfast at next door cafe. Great location.

Pros:

From the moment you step inside, you're immersed in Butte's working man's mining history, with historic photographs, rooms named after prominent mines, and a speakeasy downstairs in the old fur bank, with quintessential bartenders.

Pros:

This place was a delight & I highly recommend. Best breakfast included experience of all my travels. Top notch staff. Just so much history & clever interior design. We were able to carry our things to 2nd floor & assuming that’s not a problem for other travelers, would 100% endorse this hotel!

Very charming
Pros:

Check-in took awhile as there was no one attending the deak. They did leave a number to call but no one answered and I left four messages. A line began to form. Once staff did arrive it went smoothly and quickly. The hotel and room were clean and in excellent shape. The room was comfortable and clean. Very roomy and lots of charm. I would stay here again. Note : May -September there is a farmers market out front on Saturday mornings.

Pros:

The hotel was so cute and historical it fit in with the town around it so well. The service was top-notch, not only in the hotel, but in the speakeasy down below. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Butte in the future!

Pros:

Cute Hotel, probably the best one in town. Connects to the speakeasy in basement. Rooms are large and comfortable. You will have to climb stairs to your room, but they will carry your bags if needed. I would stay here again.

Pros:

This is a historic building that has been converted to a hotel so some issues are expected first off the room had no outside window had I booked through their website I would’ve known that, but it was a little bit of a surprise. The floor in the room was disgusting, they are carpet tiles that are starting to separate and the gaps are fairly large. The shower/bathroom are nicely done great amenities in the shower overall if you wanna stay in historic hotel, this one’s not bad be aware everything is closed Sunday night I had to eat at Taco Bell .
