Pros:

Worth the money - place is clean, bed is comfy, aircon is cold. You have direct access to the beach. Staff is very professional and welcoming.

Cons:

A bit far from downtown but that's the charm of the place, it's in the quieter side of Boracay

Staffs are friendly and accommodating, but the property is really dark and kind of frustrating to stay inside the room, and hotel is old.
