The staff is very friendly and helpfull, smile and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful nice, the bed is so comfy, but the Location is very far away from Malioboro. But the really more like is just opposite of Cinema

Location is closed to my meeting venue.
I know its very affordable but at the least they could provide clean standard quality linens and towels. Windows can be cleaned. It seems the HK need trainings.

Woke up in the middle of the night feeling hot, although the aircon was set to the max from the beginning, it became normal again just before dawn. Funny thing it happen on my 2 consecutive night, and on 2 different room ( i asked for change after first night )
Spacious room with clean and nice beds. Staff was friendly.
Bathroom was okay, but there was quite some mould on walls and curtain. Room not very well isolated and there was a 'concert' going on in the lobby which was super loud. Except for the concert you could also hear some noisy guests.

1. The shower didn't feel hot. The water felt lukewarm.

My room has no access to natural light. No windows.
The room wasn't really clean, I found cockroach in the toilet. The television chann sometimes gone, but if you don't watch tv it doesn't matter. The area pretty strategic. And the receptionist service very good.
All the staff were very helpful and nice, but the room was bad. Super smelly bed and towels (I couldn't sleep in the bed because of the terrible stale sweat smell the mattress had), and to top it off there were some cockroaches here and there. A pity, because the hotel could be good!

Good price for budget travelers and a good location, that is all about this hotel
The hotel is located close to the airport and not too far from amenities such as train station, shopping and etc. I had reserved three nights for a very reasonable price per night, and really enjoyed my stay here. I found all the amenities that tourists might need, in particular the Wifi speed at the room was great. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. All in all a great value for money.
