Pros:

Convenient to the train station. Staff were very nice as was breakfast. Hot option was cooked fresh for you .

Cons:

The bathroom was very small nowhere to even put your wash bag. A seat in the room would have been nice only chairs were on the balcony which wasn't good when raining . No fridge or kettle either .

Emplacement tres central et accueil du personnel au top.

Cons:

La taille de la chambre trop petite, la salle de bain avec un rideau epais dans la douche ....pas de tv dans la chambre ni de mobilier pour poser ses affaires...c est minimaliste ....et surtout la chambre donnait sur le pub situé juste en dessous ! Pour le calme on repassera ..idem pour l insonorisation entre les chambres ou entre les wc et la chambre ... inexistant...c est genant .....

Many thanks to administrators and everyone involved! We had a wonderful time here in Brig and that happened so besides everything else due to amazing hospitality and friendly service of the hotel! It was great to discover unique history of the hotel!

Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alles war total unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Da sich rund um das Hotel viele Restaurants befinden, hört man abends etwas Musik und die Gäste draussen. Trotzdem konnte ich gut schlafen und es hat meinen Aufenthalt nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt.

When in Brig, we would choose this hotel again.
Pros:

Everything! Friendly staff, personal touch with lots of details and good quality. Nice terrace overlooking town square, airconditioning. The breakfast.
