Pros:

I liked everything,staff attitude was exceptional,they made us breakfast in front of us and it’s was perfect,the bar was accessible all night,self service for every drink (they trust people)

Tout! Super accueil, cadre magnifique, cuisine / bar avec beaucoup de charme, super choix de boisson et petit déjeuner incroyable avec des produits frais et locaux! Un hotel qui rappelle ceux que l'on peu trouver dans des grandes villes européennes concernant le style, assez hors du commun pour la Suisse! Merci pour cette belle expérience!

Beautiful hotel in a great location!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for one night before getting on the glacier express the next morning.
It is in an excellent location, only a short walk to the train station. The hotel has been beautifully designed and our room was lovely.
Breakfast was also amazing and so well presented.
Thank you for a great stay!

I had an excellent 7-night stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep every day, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made the stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return and highly recommend it.

Falsely advertised 3-star hotel with no wardrobe, TV, or desk, dim lighting, tiny bathrooms, rooms above a nightclub mak

Friendly staff, cozy public areas, nice breakfast with local produce

Cons:

Not a 3-star hotel: no wardrobe, no TV, no desks, dim lighting, tiny bathrooms with a shower curtain that wraps around you, which isn’t pleasant. Rooms are not worth nearly €300 per night. Most rooms located above a nightclub, making sleep nearly impossible. Not suitable for stays longer than two nights, and the interior is more comparable to a youth hostel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when we shortened our stay to move to a proper hotel, given we had booked for a week. Still feel deceived by the advertised 3-star category, which, as a hotelier myself, I can tell you would not pass inspection in any European country.

Le personnel est très accueillant. Très bon petit déjeuner et décoration agréable.

Cons:

L'hôtel se situe au-dessus d'un pub, c'est vraiment extrêmement bruyant jusqu'à 1 heure du matin. Je déconseille d'y aller un samedi soir.

Pros:

Great location near the lake & short walk to the old town. Spacious rooms.

Cons:

We went to try the jacuzzi with our children but found two people behaving inappropriately in the jacuzzi.
Maybe a booking system for the jacuzzi might work better.
