Eşimle 4 gece tatil satın aldık, sizlere tüm gözlemimi bir otelci olarak belirteceğim;
Artıları:
-girişimiz itibarıyla biz söylemeden askısı yırtılan çantamızı gören ilker bey (bellboy-umarım ismi doğrudur) otel logolu bez çanta hediye etti, kendisi biz check-in’i beklerken sohbet eden tek kişiydi
-tüm enerjisiyle mocca bar’da merve hanım ve davut bey günümüzün harika geçmesini sağladı
-ortak alanlarda yiyecek içecek ekibi ve katlarda housekeeping her isteğimizi / eksiğimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı ve harika iş çıkardılar
-plaj alanı ve havuzlar hem çiftler hem de aileler için yeterliydi
-günün her saati herkese hitap eden yiyeceklerle hiç aç kalmadık, hatta tıka basa doyduk.
-sosyal alanları fazla, gece geç saatler dışında pek sıkılmıyorsunuz.

-davranışsal olarak bellteam’in yardım amaçlı değil para içgüdüsüyle valizinizi elinizden çekercesine almaya çalıştığını hissediyorsunuz. (girişte arabayla kapıya kadar gelip bizi karşılamayan ekipten de (ne bellteam ne guest relations) bunu beklemenin manası yok, bu konuda yalnızca ilker bey’i ayrı tutmak isteriz
-otelde alacarte olarak güzel 3-4 alan var ancak bilgisi biz sormasak verilmeyecekti. Haricen istediğiniz alana ve güne rezervasyon alamıyorsunuz, yiyemediğimizi söylediğimiz asya mutfağına ısrarla yönlendirildik, burada guest relations masasında hanımlar yerine f&b’den bir personelden ayaküstü bilgi aldık, onlar da tabiri caizse boş alanı bize pazarlamaya çalışıyorlar. Neticede bu imkandan faydalanamadık.
-plaj mümkün değil belki ama diğer alanlarda sigara/nargile içen ve içmeyen misafirin mutlaka ayrıştırılması gerekiyor.
-otelde türkten çok yabancı çalışan var, belki bu sezonun zorunluluğu ya da uygun iş gücü kaynaklıdır, ama temel seviyede de olsa türkçe bilmelerini bekleriz, açıkçası çoğuyla ingilizce anlaştık ya da kendileri çeviri programı kullanıyor. Örneğin maxim ile. Bovling alanındaki talep fazlalığı ve alan eksikliğinden kendisi bizi 20-25 dk bekletti, rezervasyonumuza geç katıldık, hatta vaktiniz varsa yarın gelin gibi bir google çeviri yaptı. Vaktimiz olmadığını öğrenince de bize kin tutup oyunumuzu açıp sonra 10 dakikada sistemden kesti, dönünce onun için özel bir salonda strike yapacağım:)
-gün içerisinde etkinlikler, aynı gece olduğu gibi animasyon ekibince daha fazla geliştirilebilir ve farklı yaş ve etnik gruplarına hitap edebilir. Bizim dönemimiz ankaralı ağırlıklı misafirler vardı bu yüzden her gün her etkinlikte bir şekilde ankara müziği dinledik.
-bu alanların operasyonel ve davranışsal olarak geliştirilmesi durumunda tesisin kusursuz olacağından eminiz, mutlaka makul fiyatlar çerçevesinde (bizim aldığımız gibi) değerlendirilebilecek bir tesis. Umarız yorumlarımız kaale alınır ve işletmeye fayda sağlar.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat. War das mann im Haupt Restaurant auf die Kleidung achten sollte. Und Zum Abendessen Gäste nicht mit Badehose und Unterhemd ins Restaurant rein lassen sollte.
Da müsste das Hotel bisschen mehr drauf achten.

Cons:

Hotel je pekný a nachádza sa vo výbornej lokalite. V hlavnej reštaurácii ponúkajú pestrý výber jedál, no žiaľ po približne šiestich dňoch sa ponuka začína opakovať.

Žiaľ, mali sme veľmi nepríjemnú skúsenosť s hovädzím steakom. Mäso bolo evidentne staré a malo jemný, no citeľný zápach.

Obsluha za barom pri bazéne pôsobí mimoriadne neprofesionálne, čo by človek pri drahej dovolenke v 5-hviezdičkovom hoteli vôbec neočakával. Je zrejmé, že nejde o vyučených barmanov. Čo sa týka miešaných nápojov, tie boli veľkým sklamaním.

V okolí bazéna pri šmykľavkách sa často nachádzali odpadky a personál len zriedka upratoval použité poháre či nedopité nápoje. Človek si na to síce časom zvykne, no rozhodne to nezodpovedá štandardu 5-hviezdičkového hotela.

Absolútnym sklamaním je však vstup do mora. Všade sa nachádzajú veľké a ostré kamene, no ešte horšie je, že more je kalné a pod hladinou sú obrovské ostré balvany, ktoré nie je vôbec vidieť. Riziko úrazu je veľmi vysoké. Toto je pre nás absolútne NO GO.

Celkovo bola dovolenka v poriadku, no do tohto hotela by sme sa už nikdy nevrátili.

كل شي جيد وبما اني قد حجزت سابقا في الكثير من فنادق لارا وبيليك لكني اجد ان هنا الكثير من المودة بين العاملين وبالاخص اذكر الانسان الطيب كوران عندما تعرضت لحادث بسيط وكان يهتم بالسوال اليومي على حالتي ومتابعة احتياجاتي فشكرا له وللجميع على حسن الاستقبال والنظافة ونوعية الطعام المقدم
