Pros:

The food was delicious and there was plenty of variety.

Cons:

What disappointed me most was how the hotel staff and management handled our requests and concerns.
I stayed at the hotel with my child and my mother. At check-in, I asked whether we could upgrade to a room with a proper bed for my child and was told that this wasn’t possible. When we got to the room, we found a sofa that didn’t fold out and wasn’t suitable for sleeping. When I asked the staff to arrange somewhere for my child to sleep, they simply brought us bedding. It took three requests before they brought a mattress.
The most serious incident was my mother’s fall in the indoor pool area. There were puddles all over the floor, and she slipped and fell. I reported the incident to Guest Services but received no response. The nurse who examined my mother promised to send ice to our room, but it never arrived.
The next day, I spoke to the Guest Relations Manager, who told me that the hotel was not responsible for the spa area. The hotel’s own listing on Booking.com explicitly presents the indoor pool, spa, sauna and Turkish bath as hotel facilities. The indoor pool and spa were among the reasons I booked Sidemarin Kirman Premium for our family. When I pointed this out and said I would describe what happened in a review, I was threatened with eviction from the hotel.
Another reason I chose this hotel was that it advertised heated outdoor pools from 15 October. During our stay, only one small outdoor pool was heated, and it was overcrowded. The main pool and the pool with the slides remained cold. I also saw a cockroach in the dining area.
I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable family stay and attentive service. My mother’s fall and the way management handled it spoiled the holiday for us. Based on our experience, the service fell well short of what I would expect from a hotel marketed as Premium.

Pros:

Lämmitetty allas oli kiva, Ruoka oli hyvää. Aktiviteetit kivoja.

Cons:

Olisin toivonut että kuntosali sekä sisä allas olisi myöhempään auki sekä illallinen myöhäisempään. Pelihuoneessa oli moni peli rikki. Olisi ollut jokin viihtyisä puutarha.

Pros:

Das freundliche Personal: niemand hat nach Trinkgeld verlangt und man wurde stets freundlich und höflich bedient.
Das Hotel sieht sehr schön aus. Man sieht, dass sich alle Mitarbeiter Mühe geben.
Sehr gutes Essen, viel Auswahl, die Themenabende wiederholen sich wöchentlich.
Sehr viele internationale Original-Getränke.
Sehr schöner Steg am Strand mit einer Bar. Man musste nicht weit laufen… Es wurden sogar Cocktails angeboten, was positiv ist. In vielen anderen Hotels gibt es an der Strandbar nur Bier und Wein.
Das Hotel war laut Personal nur zur Hälfte ausgebucht. Dementsprechend gab es keine Warteschlangen und man hat überall einen Platz auf den Liegen bekommen.

Cons:

Der steinige Sandstrand. Man kann sich schnell die Füße aufkratzen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Vor allem die Familienzimmer, welche sich im Hauptturm befinden.

Unsere Zimmer wurden nicht immer aufgeräumt. Oft blieb der Sand oder der Staub einfach liegen. Nachdem wir es angesprochen haben, wurde es sofort umgesetzt. Das ist sehr sehr positiv!

Pros:

Ein riesiges Buffetangebot. Allgemein ist für das leibliche Wohl rund um die Uhr gesorgt. Das ist all-inklusive, besser geht es nicht. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Ständig wird erfragt, ob man noch einen Wunsch hat. Bis jetzt das beste Hotel dieser Art, in dem wir jemals waren.

Dazu ist die Lage perfekt. Eigener Strand und man ist schnell zu Fuß in der Stadt.

Die Animation und die Abendshows sind auch sehr kreativ und toll gemacht.

Cons:

Nix, und hat alles gefallen.

Ein Paradies für Familien
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr groß und hatte viele Möglichkeiten. Man musste die Anlage nicht verlassen und hatte alles. Ein kleiner Laden für Kleinigkeiten, Taschen Souvenirs, Jacken, Wasserpistolen usw. Man hatte einen Friseur, tolle Spamöglichkeiten und mehrere Cafés, Bars, Restaurants. Die Möglichkeit am Strand,.Pool oder im Hauptrestaurant zu essen waren sensationell. Ab 7 Tage gab es kostenloses A la carte Essen. Das war ein super Erlebnis und man wurde fantastisch bedient und das Essen war klasse. Besonders hervorheben würde ich tatsächlich die Spielplätze, beheizten Poolbereiche und Rutschen für Kinder. Im Kleinkinderbereich hatte sowohl der 2 jährige als auch der 5 jährige großen Spaß. Attraktionen wie die Schaumparty wären ein Highlight für die Kinder.

Cons:

Wer viel Wert auf Strand legt sollte wissen, dass der Zugang sehr steinig ist und der Strand verglichen mit anderen Stränden in Side oder Alanya nicht so schön ist. Man kann allerdings auch direkt über eine Leiter über den Steg ins Wasser. Badeschuhe würde ich empfehlen für den Einstieg vom Strand aus.

Verdient den Namen Premium definitiv nicht. Unter Premium verstehe ich ganz was anderes. Jeden Tag dasselbe Essen. Auswahl war nicht schlecht aber das Essen hat nicht geschmeckt. Mann konnte froh sein dass man überhaupt eine Liege am Pool bekommen konnte. Man hatte das Gefühl das viel mehr Gäste da waren als die vorhandenen Liegen. Service allgemein sehr schlecht gewesen. Personal hatte ständig Streit unter sich. Für das Geld bekommen definitiv bessere Hotels.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at the Sidemarin kirman hotel clean rooms, really good food 24/7, staff was very helpful only thing was people booked the seats at the pool very early as it was crowded but the hotel has signs everywhere saying not to do so.
