We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in April, and overall, the experience did not meet our expectations.

The hotel is quite dated and fairly basic, although the common areas are generally well maintained and clean. The food selection was average, with limited variety—many dishes seemed to be repeated daily and even across different stations.

Room cleaning is scheduled only until 4:00 PM. As we were traveling with a child and had to follow a nap routine, we weren’t always able to vacate the room in time. Unfortunately, this meant that on some days the room was not cleaned until the following day, which was inconvenient.

The kids’ club could also use improvement, as the facilities and activities felt outdated. At the beach, the sunbeds are placed very close together, offering little privacy. We imagine this could become quite uncomfortable during peak season. There are no individual umbrellas, but rather large shared canopy covers.

In terms of location, the hotel is situated in a rather isolated area, with limited surroundings and not much to explore nearby.

Overall, this hotel might suit travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay, but it may not meet the expectations of those seeking a more comfortable or above-average experience. Personally, we would not choose to return.

Insgesamt hatte ich einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Mir hat das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und die Einrichtungen, besonders der Pool- und Strandbereich, waren sehr schön. Das Essen war ebenfalls gut und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Manchmal war es etwas voll, besonders während der Essenszeiten. Die WLAN-Verbindung könnte in einigen Bereichen besser sein. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Це надзвичайний готель!! Враження тільки позитивні!! Всюди дуже чисто, гарно, персонал привітний. Надзвичайні враження від їжі та напоїв. Кожного дня щось нове! Дуже рекомендую цей готель. Це місце, в яке хочіться повертаться і не хочіться їхать звідти.

Kirman Belazur - это любовь с первого взгляда. В воспоминаних только положительные эмоции и восхищение. Очень приятный персонал, обслуживание на высоте, относятся с уважением, любовью и пониманием к каждому гостю. В отеле чистота, красота, приятный аромат по всему отелю и в номерах, что не маловажно для приятного времяпрепровождения, масса развлечений, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Кухня - это вообще нечто. Огромный выбор еды, напитков и десертов на любой вкус. Всё очень вкусно и красиво. Есть бассейны с подогревом, очень удобно для тех кто приезжает не в сезон. Остались очень довольны этим отелем. Однозначно рекомендую!!!!!

В целом, почти все понравилось.
Pros:

Хорошие обеды и ужины, нормальное качество уборки в номерах, мини бар и душевые принадлежности пополняются ежедневно.

Cons:

Не слишком дружелюбный персонал в баре, особенно местные бармены и местные официантки, особенно, в баре Clark Gable. В номере протекал шланг душа.

Das Essen war sehr gut vorallem das Abendessen.
Es gab einen Erwachensen Pool mit Pool Bar

Cons:

Unser Bett war zu klein und das Badezimmer hätte ein bisschen moderner eingerichtet sein können.
Frühstück hätte ein bisschen mehr Auswahl geben können. Der Service war auch nicht so gut was ich auch schade fand das man sogenannte Handtuchkarten hat und man jedes Mal die Handtücher abgeben musste um seine Handtuchkarten wiederzubekommen ich finde für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte man das anders lösen können

Niezapomniany pobyt w luksusowych warunkach
Pros:

Wspaniałe baseny. Podział na strefy dzięki czemu rodzice z małymi dziećmi nie uprzykrzały pobytu innym. Przepyszne jedzenie. Fajne wieczorne atrakcje.
