Great hotel for families with children
Pros:

We have been going to Belek every year for golf stays or with our grandchildren for 15 years. So we know a lot of luxury hotels and can compare. As for the Kirman hotel, we can share this assessment: a great hotel suitable for families with children. Services, architecture, events, food - it reflects the needs of a family with children a lot. The hotel would deserve a renovation of the entrance hall, more frequent washing of glass surfaces and some major maintenance work that would fix small things throughout the hotel. But otherwise it cannot be faulted. It provides an absolutely amazing kitchen with an incredibly extensive and tasty assortment of dishes, great cleaning, friendly staff, plenty of activities, We really appreciated that there were always enough sun loungers (6/26). The grandchildren enjoyed the slides and large pools. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay and we will be happy to return.

Cons:

The hotel has an evening program until 11 pm. And then, unfortunately, the bars are still open and very noisy clients in the bars until late at night. So if you have children who wake up at night because of the noise, or if you are just going to relax and want to sleep in on vacation - then you will not succeed here. And further- we encountered mainly Russian and Turkish clients at the hotel. As for the Russian clients - they are very noisy, they have no respect for the staff, they leave full plates of food and a mess in the dining room and they do not know how to behave….. Unfortunately, the hotel management cannot influence this, but it may make your stay unpleasant.

Die Ferien waren aus unserer Sicht in Ordnung
Pros:

+ das Personal wahr freundlich und zuvorkommend
+ die Essensauswahl am Buffet wahr riesig und lecker
+ die Hotelanlage ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber
+ Spa wahr sehr angenehm
+ Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Hotel, mit eigenem Coiffeur
+ Am Abend und Tagsüber Unterhaltung

Cons:

- die untere Duschabdeckung fällt fast auseinander und man sieht den Dreck/Schimmel dahinter
- das Bett ist zu hart, man Spührt jedes Federkernpacket in seinen Rücken
- als ich einen höheren Angstellten um Salz bat, wartete ich 5 min und als ein zweites mal fragte wurde dieser mit seinem Ton aggressiv
- Hotel eher abgelegen somit bleibt man nur in der Hotelanlage
- Transfer nach Belek 60€

Essen ist gut, Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr gute Leute. Die Veranstaltungen und Tanzvorführungen waren hervorragend. Die Farbparty am Strand war fantastisch.

Pros:

очень качественная еда в основном ресторане; подогреваемый бассейн (с учетом плохой погоды было важно); заботливые сотрудники, хороший массажист в СПА

Cons:

отель втиснут между двумя другими, поэтому во время вечернего шоу, была какофония, все отели старались переорать соседа. Очень шумная анимация на бассейне, зачем включать звук на такой громкости, не понятно. при заезде 1 мая, такое ощущение, что отель прошел реновацию, и до конца не была вымыта строительная пыль и в комнате, и в коридорах, и в общих зонах. Грязные стекла мешали наслаждаться видом из окна. ну и напоследок, возможно это только мое впечатление - слишком мягкие (промятые) матрасы. Я не полная, но лежала как в люльке, что не слишком полезно для позвоночника
