Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, etenkin ala carte -tarjoilija, joka otti ihanasti huomioon myös 2-vuotiaan.
Ala carte -tila oli myös viihtyisä ja kivasti erillään buffetista. Ruoka oli myös todella hyvää.

Cons:

Huoneen tyyny oli möykkyisä ja turhan paksu. Kylpylässä olisi ollut kiva lisä, jos myös pienelle lapselle olisi ollut kellukkeita saatavilla.
Autopaikat olivat hieman epäselvästi merkittyinä.

Cons:

Huone oli kuuma, ilmastointi ei toiminut lainkaan. Emme tulleet kylpylään, vaan yöpymään, sillä vietimme aikaa kansallispuistossa. Niinpä juuri hyvä hotellihuone olisi ollut keskeinen. Kaipasin hotellikirjaa, joka on yleensä ollut muissa hotelleissa ollut, täällä ei. Huoneessa oli kylla A4-kokoinen paperi, jossa er palveluiden aukioloajat, mutta ei esim. mainintaa nettiyhteydestä. Havaitsin sen istuessani aulassa ja katsoessani monitoria: en suinkaan ulkoa sellaista muista. Huoneessa ei ollut myöskään puhelinta respaan.
