Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier wirklich top. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und obwohl es am Bahnhof liegt, hörte man keinerlei Straßenlärm. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Eierspeisen und Kaiserschmarrn konnte man sich frisch zubereiten lassen, ohne Aufpreis. Die Bettdecke war für mich und meinen Mann etwas klein. Wir haben deshalb an der Rezeption nach einer Zweiten gefragt, welche uns sofort aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Sauna und Fitnessraum waren bis Mitternacht zugänglich. Die Speisen und Getränke an der Bar waren lecker und nicht überteuert. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel.

Goede locatie, maar wij voelden ons zeer onwelkom.
Pros:

Super centraal gelegen (op 2 min afstand van de U-Bahn)

Cons:

Wij hadden de betaling vooraf (online) gedaan maar hebben hierdoor alleen maar problemen gehad bij de receptie.
Dit begon al op dag 1 bij het inchecken waarbij het personeel aangaf dat niet zichtbaar was in het systeem dat wij al vooraf hadden betaald. Dit gaf gedoe maar uiteindelijk bevestigde een collega dat het goed in het systeem stond. Toen wij de volgende dag terugkwamen uit de stad, bleken onze passen geblokkeerd te zijn en konden wij niet meer de kamer in. De receptie gaf aan dat 'door problemen in het boekingssysteem' niet zichtbaar was of wij al hadden betaald. En daarom konden wij niet meer de kamer in en werd bovendien onze kamer niet schoongemaakt. How rude! Wij moesten 2 x met bewijzen komen (via credit afschrift tonen) bij de receptie om maar aan te tonen dat wij wel degelijk hadden betaald.

Wij waren zeer ontstemd hierover en nadat we hadden aangetoond dat we wel degelijk vooraf hadden betaald, kregen we amper een excuus van de receptie. Door een probleem in het boekingssysteem geen reden om gasten zo onbeschoft te behandelen.

An sich alles in Ordnung, nur das Personal leider teils unfreundlich.
Pros:

Bequemes Bett & schöne Einrichtung. Man konnte das Zimmer gut abdunkeln. Das Zimmer hat alles was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Direkt am Hbf gelegen.

Cons:

Das Personal war teilweise (!) unfreundlich & genervt.
