Almost a great stay
Pros:

Pleasant & helpful staff, lovely fresh food, comfortable bed. Great breakfast, even had it served in bed which was a treat.

Cons:

Not being told that the boiler had broken down before hand, we should have been offered a warmer room before complaining. We would have felt that our custom was valued.

5 star food & service at The Millhouse
Pros:

Gorgeous room, lovely staff, so helpful. Food / drinks are delicious. This is our 3rd stay & we will be back. Super dog friendly - my dogs tails wag the minute they see the front door.
