Everything, fantastic little hotel close to all amenities...metro in front of the hotel with transport links to all over the city....great stuff if your slightly walking impaired as I am.
Restaurants, bars and cafes all serving very good wares at a very reasonable price.....sirloin steak lunch and a beer....€15.

Cons:

Porto is very hilly...with every road having an up or down slope....as long as you are prepared for that then great stuff.
