La habitación, muy cómoda, amplia la habitación. Cerca del centro y de la central de autobuses. Ofrecían desayuno en el hotel muy rico y vistas increible al Popo y al cerro de San Miguel.

La ubicación, a 2 cuadras del centro esta todo a la mano, el recepcionista muy amable y accesible, después del check out nos permitió dejar el auto estacionado hasta el momento que nos fuimos sin costo extra, la cama estaba muy cómoda.
La habitación en la que estuve estaba muy oscura, le hace falta un poco mas de iluminación, la acústica es algo a mejorar ya que se escucha lo de las habitaciones circundantes, y al estar al borde de la calle en la madrugada se escuchan todos los autos que pasan por ahí y no dejan dormir del todo. Las almohadas muy pequeñas y demasiado blandas
La atención del personal es muy agradable, cordial siempre dispuestos hacer la estancia agradable

Las instalaciones no se parecen a las fotos de la publicación. La regadera del baño estaba tapada y solo salían 15 líneas de agua, el saco del baño estaba rotó y había fuga de agua. La primera noche no habia toallas en los baños, el cuarto estaba muy obscuro y lámparas fundidas y el precio de la habitación es caro para lo que ofrecen, la pantalla está muy pequeña y tienes que acercarte para verla
