Como que si como que no...las habitaciones excelentes pero llegar a ellas no.

Decoración agradable, con amplio jardín, cómodas habitaciones, piscina amplia y limpia, excelente personal....

We enjoyed staying here with our children for 2 nights at the start of our Costa Rica trip. They loved the pool and jacuzzi. We stayed in a room behind the reception which was large, clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. WiFi in the room was poor but was absolutely fine in the restaurant area and around the pool. All the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful when needed. Breakfasts and evening meals were tasty. Recommended.

Everything was great except in the morning there was only cold water. My husband had warm water before me but a large group of teen girls getting ready as the same time as me in the AM. That was understandable but then when I had a head of cold wet hair I discovered the hair dryer was broken! Not working at all. The best part was the pretty fruit drink they gave us upon arrival. Breakfast was good and the room very comfortable.

Du 23 au 25 décembre on était tout seul dans l’hotel ! Situé dans un endroit un peu seul du village. Literie trop molle d ou mal de dos . Mais personnel très très sympa . le seul vrai hic est un portail fermé d ou attente quand on rentre dans l’hotel . Sinon hôtel correct piscine correcte

Great place to stay weather with a large group or small, close to the airport and secluded with great grounds.

Terrible Hotel. They misrepresent the rooms charged me for a apartment kitchen suite and my wife and kids show up and they said the room was not available even though we booked it through Hotels.com and paid for it through hotel.com and then the owner charged my cc as well before we arrived for this kitchen apartment suite, they showed pictures of it on their listing with full kitchen and refrigerator so we brought food for our 2 young children to keep in the refridge and to cook for them. Hotel.com called them and they said they would fix it in 15- 20 minutes and put us in this room. When this did not happen 1 hour later hotel.com called the back and then they informed both of us that they did not have a room like this at their hotel. Add to this no hot water. The breakfast buffet was terrible. The hot tubs outside by the pool they advertise are not working and and have not been working for a long time. Do not stay at this hotel. What is really weird is when they charge your credit card they list the charge as a language school not a hotel.

Weird property perhaps in ttransition. Had problems with wifi then later door lock and had to change rooms. Staff tried very hard to accommodate but problems should not have been there in the first place. On the plus side, restaurant was decent as was breakfast.

Stayed here one night after flying in. Don't know how we could have possibly found it without good GPS and helpful people along the way, but once we got there we were greeted warmly and were plenty satsfied with the room. Comfortable and clean, not a lot of perks. Woke to beautiful grounds, an excellent breakfast, and a staff muy amable.

This hotel was just as expected. Landscaping was beautiful. The room was so big just perfect for the five of us. The staff was really nice and very helpful especially since we arrived at the middle of the night. They made sure the shuttle waited for us at the airport since our flight was delayed. I wished we would of stayed longer.

staff was very friendly, even though we just arrived before closing at 10pm and wewer the only guests. nice big room with ac, but no outside window.
