good!
Pros:

well located and good price. bed was comfortable which is always the main thing. staff were kind. buses stop right outside.

Cons:

quite small. paid for the deluxe room as the price was cheaper than most hotels normal rooms, though room was very simple. shower only had an overhead shower which i myself am not a fan of. loud noise outside at night due to a parking bay for motorbikes

Great location and great bathroom
Pros:

The bath was amazing! The jacuzzi button was truly something I didn’t expect! The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

As everything in London it is expensive. But It was a great place to stay

Not very good!
Pros:

Location. Not much else. Pretty poor.

Cons:

Internet wasn’t working. Lift wasn’t working. Rooms are old and in poor condition. Carpets don’t seem to be been cleaned in years. Pretty crappy overall.

Great hotel at a discounted price
Pros:

It was a very comfortable hotel, well fitted room, freat shower.

Cons:

It was a bit too warm, and although the windows opened the street outside was noisy. There were no instructions for the heating unit so the only option was to turn it off

Ok for the price but there are some easy things they could fix to make it a lot better.
Pros:

Easy to find, elevator, decent shower.

Cons:

Beds were not very comfortable, exhaust fan in the bathroom doesn’t seem to work, causing moisture to leak down from the walls, evidently this has been like this for a while. Inability to set temperature for the room. Curtain was hanging very far from the window allowing a lot of light in even when closed.
Bed upholstery leather is peeling off. Floors were creaky with multiple thick layers of carpet to insulate it.
