Very nice hotel clean and very relaxing

Exterior is generally attractive as it replicates Santorini appeal. That looks really nice! 4 star here.

Staff are friendly, polite and accommodating . Another 4 star .


However, the property lacks amenities, water faucet in common restrooms are not-working. Staff just puts a buckets of water to wash hands. That’s kinda gross ! Thank goodness for hand sanitizers.

Infinity pool has algae already forming in certain section of the pool . Even more gross !!!

Very relaxing and comfortable

The internet is non-existent. Very poor. The water supply in the morning is very poor, no pressure.

The xmas eve dinner was adequate.

After we arrived there was a thunderstorm that flooded our room. Later that day after a long, hot day, my shower was cold. No hot water. Thankfully we had hot water the next morning.

A very relaxing place for getaways feels like you’re in Santorini. All amenities are excellent, very clean room with comfy bed, beddings and linens smell clean. Nice huge swimming pool. Their nightly rate comes with good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent service from the staffs and will come back again and stay longer. Thank you Vitalis Villa.

Out of the ordinary, Instagram worthy rooms and grounds. Stayed at the two bedroom villa that was wonderfully set to have the master’s bedroom on the main floor and the second bedroom on the lower level. Maze-like stairs completes the Santorini inspired atmosphere. Two pools and a small rocky beach to show off your summer bodies and get the perfect tan! Buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner always had something for everyone. Staff were all friendly. Definitely coming back!

Nice and friendly staff. Nice place to relax.

The front office and restaurant staff were exceptional. However, I pointed out that some light bulbs were busted and needed to be changed. Also the bathroom faucet was loose and missing parts to be stable. I called the office and immediately sent someone to look at it and she took pictures of the things that needed to be fixed. Unfortunately nothing was done until we checked out.

Superb accommodation

Overall it’s good. Few concerns when we were there. The lights by the staircase going to our room were busted, the sliding door in our room couldn’t close. Anyway just one call to the front desk, then they were able to fix. Another concern, is the dining area. At dinner time I noticed that the table covers where we seated were filthy. Checked the other tables, were the same. I called the attention of the staff and the manager, they were apologetic somehow. They should not be told by guests about this matter. Flies were all over the food especially by the salad, fruits and bread area. Again, I called the staff attention if they can cover the food before somebody will get sick. The food prepared anyway were excellent. The staff we met and encountered are very polite, courteous and respectful. The place is very relaxing.

foods the best. no doubt about it... it’s just we encountered an impolite security staff. Don’t know how to pleased people when asking.
