Staffs were friendly and helpful. Happy with the room we got.
The hotel’s was family’s friendly, staffs were second to none, they assisted us with our baggages to our room. Staff spoke English, and very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. They also recommended us to a family atmosphere restaurant where we can enjoyed some local cuisines.
Outstanding customers service
Very happy with this hotel. Stay here every time we in Ho Chí Minh city. It is very close to SGN airport and not too far from city center if you have your own scooter. It is not fancy, no pool so the prices are very reasonable…

Closed to airport, many food option arround.
This hotel is good service they help me loading the luggage in and out but I had problems at night there’s some one knocked my door at 2am I couldn’t sleep i til the service lady what going on she don’t know to answer me
Customer service needs to be improved. Many staffers were friendly and helpful, but one receptionist was rude to our family. Our room also had several small insects.
Lot of local restaurant, very cheap eat out. Staffs super friendly, 6 minutes to the airport. Fish market and fruits market just 1 block away

walk out is the market and easy to get foods for breakfast
Upon arrival in the room, found mosquitoes. My family & I were immediately bitten by them. Then later in the evening, as we were brushing our teeth, there was a sudden invasion of ants & jumping bugs in the bathroom.
