Pros:

Einzige Anregung: Etwas speziellere Konfitüren statt die langweiligen Sorten in Industriequalität und warme Milch (heute trinken je länger je mehr Menschen auch Hafermilch) statt Kaffeerahm würden das sonst nette Frühstück deutlich aufwerten und den Aufenthalt rundum bemerkenswert machen. So aber fällt das Frühstück gegenüber den tollen Gästezimmern und dem freundlichen Personal ab und das ist schade.

Comfortable stay and very nice staff who go above and beyond to help!
Pros:

Breakfast was perfectly what we needed good food. Beds were comfy. Staff was very nice and go above and beyond to help their guests. They even mailed a package for us when we forgot something of importance! Very nice all around.

Cons:

The only thing that could have made for a better stay - there is no AC (which this is standard for Switzerland) if you are traveling when the weather is hot you have to keep windows open and can be a little tricky if you are a light sleeper.

Ferienaufenthalt in gediegener Umgebung geprägt von diensteifrigem und sehr freundlichem Personal!
Pros:

Ich habe im, Löwen gebucht. Da dieser aber geschlossen ist, wurde ich zum selben Preis ins Partnerhotel Säntis umgebucht.
Dadurch habe ich für ein drei-Stern Angebot einen Vier-Stern-Service erhalten.
Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit!!!

Cons:

Es tut mir leid, aber da kann ich wirklich nichts schreiben.
