The hotel was good and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The room was cleaned daily. Location was also very close to public transport and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The price was friendly. I will highly recommend the hotel. Happy customer
I live in UK and I always like to visit different places to compare and experience. I was very pleased with the decor in the dining and hallway area with all the arty pieces there. This was the nicest place to be around with freshly made breakfast each day. Lovely staff especially Emka at reception, another blond lady helping with breakfast, and a very nice man helping me when I arrived - THANK YOU SO MUCH. I was pleased when any issues reported were supported and helped as best as possible. The room on arrival smelled very nice, the only discomfort I had was too bright light I could not adjust it, as it was not dimmable. The issue with the room next to me was dealt with as well as any other requests I made. I only regret was not able to get an extra softer pillow and the amazing homemade jams I was shown close to the end of my stay. I believe they will achieve a lot of good responses if presented well to the customers :) Next time watermelon and pumpkin jam will be on my list to have :)
Very minor as slightly too bright light without the option to dim. This will help more especially if you wish to relax and watch TV late
Everything was great
Hair on the bathroom floor
I really enjoyed my stay
elevator would be nice to have
Breakfast was pretty basic . No menu . No fruit juice. Limited to cheese, olives , bread and jams . I asked for an omelette which they did for me . Overall probably the worst part of my stay .
Small room , with structural support pillar . No real facilities, small relaxation area . Location was good close to the seafront , good restaurants nearby , small handy supermarkets close by . Staff very helpful with limited English language skills.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and incredibly clean, with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing experience. What truly stood out was the amazing staff — everyone was so warm, attentive, and ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to start the day. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city on foot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting, and I’m looking forward to staying here again!

One of the receptionists was very kind and welcoming I think his name was Khan. He had a customer service experience.
The room was not very clean. For the time of my stay, behind the bathroom door, there was hair, it stayed there all week. The room floor was not clean and was not mopped at all.
Although there is a language barrier and I understand that, I was told if I wanted to go to the beach to tell the staff, Half an hour before and so I did. On one particular morning, I went down and told Mr "Onglu" which I had previous conversations in English, that I wanted to go to the beach. For some reason, he looked very annoyed with me and started talking to me in Turkish although, He knew that I did not speak his language. He looked quite aggressive and at that point, I ignored him and went back to my room. Personally, was not a nice experience and I would never talk to a guest that way.
The beach is nice but when I booked I was not told that the beach is far away and you need the bus to go there. The bus comes to pick you up at a different time of the day and it is free. The only issue is that it also goes around other hotels, it takes about 20 - 40 minutes to go to the beach.
I had breakfast which was included only the first morning, I was never offered any fruit or omelette. I did not have breakfast after that. The staff never smiled very awkward.
The hotel's position is not great; if you want to go to the spot where all the shops are you need to take a taxi which costs you about 18 pounds return. Same if you want to go to the old town.
Around the hotel, you can find a nice walk and some fancy restaurants.
