Lovely comfortable hotel with considerate staff

Location was very good for my purposes. H
My room was clean, warm and comfortable. The staff were lovely, especially those in the kitchen. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the vegetarian option.

Cons:

I knew there were no lifts in the hotel, but had emailed ahead that I had mobility difficulties and would really appreciate a room slightly lower down. They did reply and said it would depend on availability. It turned put I was given a room at the top.of the house. Perhaps they have regular guests who always want the same rooms, otherwise was it really impossible to give me a room just one floor lower?

Good for a quick one night stay. Needs some refurb and freshening up.
Pros:

Nice clean hotel staff friendly beds pillows comfy gd night sleep food selection was great and lovely near Oxford street theatres and other places will definitely go there again

Det var godt placeret og tæt på station, shopping og teateret. Morgenmaden var også virkelig godt og dejligt det blev serveret. Vi fik derudover vores tidligere, hvilket var et kæmpe plus.

Cons:

Det var nogle meget bløde senge og lidt for korte til min mand. Men næsten i bagatel. Der manglede dog bagageopbevaring til håndbagage kuffert. Vi fik mulighed for at efterlade det på værelse efter udtjekning, men det havde vi ikke rigtig lyst til. Så mere hvis andre har stor kuffert med så kan det være relevant at vide.

Emplacement idéal, mais un effort est à faire au niveau de l'accueil et petit dej.
Pros:

A proximité du British museum et à 20'-25' à pieds des principaux sites. Idéal pour ceux qui aiment découvrir Londres à pied.
Chambre assez grande pour 5 personnes, avec toilette en dehors de la salle de bain :)

Cons:

Notre chambre était dans un bâtiment différent de l’établissement principal, du coup il fallait sortir pour prendre son petit déjeuner.
Un petit déjeuner médiocre, sans choix dans un espace très réduit.
Notre chambre était au 3ème étage, sans ascenseur, avec escalier étroit.
Une isolation au niveau des fenêtres à revoir (bruit de travaux à proximité).
