Pros:

The bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night’s sleep.

Pros:

Location and type of hotel, being a converted house.we had to be moved to a sister hotel further down the road as a water problem leaked into some rooms but also very nice.

Helt ok boende och pris om man inte ska bo en längre tid.
Pros:

Rummet låg i källaren med fördel att det var svalt och tyst. Dock lite tråkigt att man inte kan se ut direkt. Bra städning.

Cons:

Personalen var lite butter och inte jätte-serviceminded. Frukosten var sådär och inte mycket att välja på.

El desayuno muy completo y rico. El personal atento. Las habitaciones las limpian todos los días junto con cambio de toallas diario. Te dejan dejar el equipaje el día de salida mientras haces tiempo antes de tu vuelo.

Cons:

El edificio tiene encanto pero se nota su antigüedad, el suelo está desnivelado y es de madera, lo que hace que se escuchen los ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Centrally located, a 5 minute walk from the British Museum, 15 minutes from Trafalgar Square. Good full English breakfast. En suite room.

Ambiance très calme la nuit malgré un quartier très animé en journée.

Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Good location. Breakfast included. Luggage storage at no extra charge. Everything was clean. Has tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Cons:

Not suitable at all for anyone elderly or with mobility issues.
Hotel is clearly a very old building that has not been renovated in years and years.
Photos available online are also grossly misleading, even the one of the stairs, reception area must be of somewhere else as it does not resemble the reality.
Our room 214 top of a the building up 4 very narrow slights of stairs, double room small double bed, nothing like any of the images online. It was extremely small, barely enough space to walk around the bed. Floors old, uneven and creaky. Walls extremely thin, was woken up by neighbour at 7:30 who had TV on in their rooms; could hear everything! Bathroom extremely small and narrow, with leaky tap, and a sliding door, hinged only at the top, that wouldn't stay closed so the other person had to put a cushion or the bin at the door when first person was in the bathroom to just ensure a bit of privacy. Glad I was only staying one night!

Cons:

Svårt att få rätt temperatur i rummet. Radiatorerna var antingen kalla eller jättevarma. Gemensamt täcke i dubbelsängen är ingen personlig favorit.

Comfortable stay, we were only here for 1 night to see a show
Pros:

Room clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast very nice, order using a QR code at your table so don't forget your mobile phone. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Lots of stairs. Our sliding bathroom door didn't close properly.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect. Close to everything we needed to see and do. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The breakfast and dining room was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The only negative we found was that the water wasn't very hot in the shower, but not a major issue for a one night stay.
