Las habitaciones están bien y limpieza bien. Duchas bien.

Problemón porque llegamos a las nueve de la noche y teníamos instrucciones para recoger las llaves de dos habitaciones con código y fue una auténtica odisea. Muy mal.
Solo pudimos recoger las llaves de una habitación porque en la reserva teníamos dos habitaciones y pensábamos que con un único código nos darían las dos llaves al ser una única reserva. No fue así. Había dos códigos que mandaron por whatssap. Como los mensajes son muy largos solo nos dimos cuenta de un mensaje de un código de una habitación. Llamamos por teléfono. El hombre intentó ayudarnos pero no había manera. No se acercó nadie a solucionar el problema. Con tanta llamada de teléfono internacional hemos gastado unos 50 euros en llamada internacional. QUEJA: NO PODER UTILIZAR WHATSSAP PARA SOLUCIONAR EL PROBLEMA Y AHORRARSE ASÍ LOS 50 EUROS DE LLAMADAS INTERNACIONALES. LE PUEDO MANDAR FACTURA.
NO COMUNICARNOS QUE SON DOS CÓDIGOS. NO ESTAR CLARA LA INFORMACIÓN. NO TENER UN PLAN B PARA SOLUCIONAR UN PROBLEMA DE NO PODER RECOGER UNA LLAVE SIN TENER QUE HACER LLAMADAS INTERNACIONALES. PRESENCIA FÍSICA DE ALGUNA PERSONA ENCARGADA CUANDO SURGE ALGÚN PROBLEMA.
Tener solo hasta las 19:30 para hacer check in.
NO SOLUCIONAR UN PROBLEMA DE CÓDIGO EN POCO TIEMPO. ESTUVIMOS CASI DOS HORAS.
PONE EN BOOKING HOTEL PERO HAY QUE RECOGER LLAVES EN UN BUZÓN,ETC.

Chambre très confortable

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit en raison de la discothèque située juste en bas. De 23h à 5h, les vibrations, le boum boum et les cris des gens nous ont empêché de dormir, sans parler de la circulation de la route en bas. Ce nous avions prévu de faire le lendemain nous l'avons annulé.
Nous nous reviendrons jamais.

Pas de climatisation dans la chambre.
Dommage que sur booking que sa n'a pas été prévenu qu'il sont en travaux donc du bruit de perceuse le matin a 8h .
Et du coup également pas de petit déjeuner
