Their warm hospitality, quick problem-solving, and proactive support made a significant difference. Amazing hotel
Pros:

Such a great hotel in an amazing location! Being in the middle of Sukhumvit made everything so convenient, with lots of shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away.

The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Dear and Tongta at Front Desk were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome from check-in until departure. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Pros:

The hotel is at a very good location. There is also a pool that has a very nice view. The staff there was extremely nice, very helpful and took great care of us, for example when we tried to organize our ride to the airport.

Cons:

The pillow on the bed was dirty. Also the curtains do not reach the floor, so once the sun is up, the light comes in.
