Чудове розташування недалеко від траси, парковка, ідеальна чистота, ввічливий персонал, дуже смачний сніданок, зручний сучасний номер.

Cons:

дуже поганий вай-фай, особливо в номері.

Zweckmäßig und stadtnah.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig und ordentlich. Positiv ist auch die unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Check-in und Check-out, die Nähe zur Stadtmitte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und eng, wenn man die Stellmöglichkeiten für das Gepäck nutzt. Das WLAN ist nicht gut, Videotelefonie ist kaum möglich.

Ihr Hotel ist gut, aber unser Erlebnis hat ein "Geschmäckle" hinterlassen.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung! Der Eincheckvorgang war unverschämt. Ich hatte 2 Einzel-Zimmer über Booking.com auf den Namen Bernhard Auge und Manfred Klempnauer vor ca. 5-6 Wochen bestellt. Ca. 4 Tage vor Anreise bestätigte mir der Hotelservice ein Ok.

Cons:

Der Eincheckservice war dilettantisch und unverschämt. Mein Kollege, Herr Klempnauer wollte 15 Uhr am 19.03.2026 einchecken und wurde trotz schon bezahlter Buchung von einem etwas unbedarften , jungen Mann aufgefordert zu bezahlen incl. Garagenzufahrt. Er bekäme sonst keinen Zutritt in das bestellte Zimmer und die Garage. Mit Verwunderung zahlte Herr Klempnauer auch und erzählte mir nach meiner Ankunft ca. 17 Uhr was er hinnehmen musste. Das alles war schlicht ein Unding! Am Morgen des 20.03. klärte das Unschöne eine prima und freundliche Dame ihres Büros das "Unding" und entschuldigte sich für das Versehen, was vermutlich ein Versehen von Booking.com war.
Gefrühstückt haben wir aus Verärgerung irgendwo in Rastatt.

Good choice for overnight stay. Comfy beds, good breakfast.

Cons:

In the bathroom there was no heater, so it was a little bit cold (we stayed in winter).

Lage ist super, Zimmer ordentlich

Im Bad ging Lüftung nicht, außerdem war es sowohl im Bad als auch im Zimmer ziemlich kalt.
