Location and Friendly staff
Pros:

Good location plenty parking space easy to find and Friendly staff. Had facilities good decent bathroom very quiet on a night.

Cons:

No view from window just a brick wall and extractor fan with pipe hanging out off window couldn't reach to close them.

Convenient stop over for our purposes, wold use again.
Pros:

Very friendly welcome from Tom, the manager, convenient walking distance from where we'd been for the day, comfortable room with TV, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities - would use again if needed

Great reception staff/owner, excellent value for money in a very convenient location!
Pros:

excellent location, parking facilities, portable aircon facilities, friendly and very accommodating staff, easy to book, value for money, walking distance of food, shops, elstree studios, supermarket, library, shopping outlet.

Cons:

room was small without room for a chair or desk so was unable to work in the room. however, the beds were very comfortable, the aircon was a godsend and the local library was within walking distance with free workspace facilities.

overall, good. especially the very pleasant host.
Pros:

No Freeview on the TV so no footy!
Freeview plus is not Freeview.

I needed a bed for the night but all the main stream Hotels were full.
Pros:

Dark, depressing and smelt of cigarettes. Tom the Manager was a lovely guy but the Hotel was not.

Cons:

Shower room very past it's sell by date.
