Its at a very good location & the breakfast is always tasty. The person at the restaurant was very nice .Such kind of hospitality we should have.
Just maybe the noise of vehicles if ur at the roadside rooms...but that comes with the comfort of roadside hotels.

I really appreciated the hospitality during my stay. The staff was always helpful and quick to respond whenever I needed assistance—special thanks to one gentleman who was especially supportive, though I didn’t catch his name.
While the dinner was fine, I didn’t enjoy the breakfast as much since I come from a Buddhist family and prefer non-veg options. The hotel seems more suited for pure vegetarians.
The overall experience and other facilities were great, and I would love to visit again. Thank you!

Centrally located ...near to MG road.
Staff service (housekeeping) was quick and alert.

1) light gone for 1 night..so problem of electricity
2) Room size was big but not so much clean
3) totally a veg restaurant and it's so expensive (not recommended)
Facilities were great, but there were power cuts not so frequent. Room service was excellent as well as the conditions of the rooms.
Room was unhygienic..floor was filthy with lots of hair and lack of service..hospitality and staff behavior was very rude.. none of the things were good during our stay cation...lots of red tapism .. can't even provide the water at kne call had to ping Every after 10 mins...

Location was good, staff was very helpful
1) Wifi did not work on the 3rd floor
2) Water heater did not work on the 3rd floor room allocated to us. When we called housekeeping, they said due to the cold weather, hot water comes for just 5 minutes and we had to give a gap for 15 minutes. We had booked 5 other rooms and the water heater was working in all other rooms. They changed our room the next day and the water heater was working in that room
3) They charge 300 Rs per night for a small portable heater to keep the room warm
4) We booked the most expensive room and was given a room smaller than other rooms. When we complained they moved us to a bigger room
