Relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

- Anfitrión amable. Se mantuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y nos dio recomendaciones importantes.
- Buena relación precio-calidad.
- Wifi funciona bien.
- Buena ducha.

Cons:

- Lejos de la playa. Algo que nosotros no supimos calcular al reservar pues decía la distancia en la descripción. Somos jóvenes y no tuvimos problemas en caminar pero igual se vuelve agotador considerando el calor sofocante. Peor si son de la tercera edad.
- Cama tremendamente incómoda. Son dos “colchones” de esponja increíblemente blandos que se mueven y hunden.
- No había estantes o repisas para colocar la ropa. Sólo una pequeña superficie tras la cama super incómoda.
- En las afueras hay varios locales de comida donde se reúne mucha gente todo el día, además de repartidores que gritan y no dejan descansar. Además del olor a comida y demases que entra por la ventana. Es como Estación Central en Chile.
- El acceso al segundo piso donde están las habitaciones es por una escalera de peligroso acceso con maletas pesadas. El dueño nos ayudó a subir pero igualmente se vuelve peligroso si vas bajando solo.

Toda equipe é muito atenciosa, profissional e acolhedora, tira todas as dúvidas e ajuda muito! Foi minha primeira vez no RJ e ter sido recebida com tanta parceria fez toda diferença.
A localização é excelente, tem bike Itaú praticamente do lado, 10min andando para a praia. Recomendo!

Checkin flexível, solicitude do anfitrião. Importante ressaltar que não é cheiro de mofo no quarto e o mesmo estava limpo.

Cons:

Aspecto visual do quarto. Poderia fazer uma reforma, mas não é nada crítico. Apenas uma sugestão, que poderia deixar o ambiente mais confortável.
