I woud consider staying again if I was granted 1 night credit as promised and not lied too
Pros:

Cleanliness and staff was the most I liked. Accommodation very comfortable.

Cons:

I did not like the General Manager he was not truthful about the issue I has with the air conditioner break down. He promised me 1 night stay credit toward my stay which I did not receive. I made several calls and he never answered my back. I am a valued customer, I have stayed 2 times already extended stays of at least 28 days and I think I deserve to be treated better than that!

Not great
Pros:

Shower head leaked all over your face when trying to shower plus the water ended up all over the floor as well
Pillows were like pieces of paper and made for a very uncomfortable sleep
One chair in the room made it hard to eat in the room with two people
Bed was like a trampoline when my spouse moved around
Our room was also located just outside the other AC units for the entire building the noise was super loud and made even harder to sleep

Highly recommend this hotel for any occasion
Pros:

The staff was very helpful manager Mrs Mercedes was amazing I booked Christmas Eve night for my elderly parents that were in town to celebrate with us. Mrs Mercedes understood my concerns and made sure they were well taken care of. I am so grateful. my daughter is getting married next year and I will definitely recommend this location to all the guests that are coming from out of town. Thank you again.

Pleasant but room needs updating. Toilet seat would not stand up and was crooked on the bowl.
