The hotel.shuttlw was super late. I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms but the bath towel had in a big hole. The bed was comfortable the TV could have done with a little better size and the toilet was kinda to low. I would stay here again despite these minor issue.
The staff was great helpful and friendly the area around the hotel was not bad wasn’t the best but the hotel itself was good and I said the staff was really wonderful
We chose this hotel because of the free shuttle service to Fed. Cir., which worked well--friendly driver. The hotel itself is situated in a ghetto-looking neighborhood with graffiti, noise (deafeningly-loud rap music blasting from car being repaired outside hole-in-the-wall garage), and garbage-strewn streets. I realize that prices are higher in NYC, but for the $120.00 price range, we were expecting more. Walls inside and out of the rooms need paint over spackling repairs--shabby appearance overall. Service is par for fast-paced (little-time-for-you) NYC--not what we experienced in the Azores just before arriving at JFK on our trip--sharp contrast. Needing bottled water and vending machine in hotel not working, we walked (at night) two blocks to gas station/convenience store with bars on window and no inside access. (That probably says something about safety in this area.) On the way, we passed what we thought was a dead body on the sidewalk--slight movement indicated it was an alive homeless person sleeping on sidewalk. We did not feel safe in this area. Breakfast was included, but sparse selection. Maybe it's just NYC, in general, that made us feel uneasy, but we did not feel safe. On our next trip through this airport hub, we hope to find something better to fit our price range. We will avoid this area.

I will never use expedia again. you placed us in the middle of a Mad Max movie!!!!!I have never experienced such a totally bad area. Shame on you!!! You SUCK!!!!!This hotel may as well have been located on the island of Jamaica...after a hurricane!!!!!!
I liked its convenient location to the airport but found the reception area to be dirty. However my room was fine.
I honestly felt unsafe outside of the property. There was no true parking even though the link said there was. Disappointed.
Don’t rely on the shuttle bus service to come on time. Call the hotel ahead of time if you plan on using that service.
Overall is okay. Good for the money and fine if you’re only there for one night. The staff are helpful and will hold your bags if you plan to stay in the city after checkout.
The breakfast is small- bagels/fruit cups. Fine enough for me.

Comfortable and clean
Instead the hotel is great, no issues whatsoever, staff and service was great, but I couldn't complete my five nights stay there as I wasn't comfortable going outside of the hotel so I had to check out three days early. I requested a refund but nothing yet and I left there from Sept 10.
This hotel was horrible… & the staff too!! Had ant’s & bugs crawling everywhere!! Called front desk & she could care less!!! Parking is horrible, & the stay all together was a nightmare. I can’t say nothing good!!!!!
This hotel was right on par for the $$. It is not located in the best area but was overall good for a short trip. There are several on-site parking spots and the hotel rooms seem to have been recently renovated. I would stay here again as long as the price stays fair
Getting here was difficult. JFK had no "welcome" system. The "link" to hotels did not work. There had been no information in writing that I was not getting the "free airport shuttle" from the airport, but only after taking the airtrain to Federal Circle. After two days traveling, I was exhausted and my phone battery was drained trying to find anyone who could tell me this. Once I connected with the front desk person, I began to see that I could actually get there.
The room was clean but the surroundings was sketchy. The attitude of the staff in answering questions especially the man there in the afternoon attitude was atrocious.
Shuttle service not working, waiting for an hour and did not arrive, finally taking an Uber to go to the hotel. Door did not locked. Bed sheets dirty. Breakfast only a a coffee with a bagel that it. Never come back to this hotel
The night reception staff was horrible.. Very indecent and very bad attitude .. Zero sense of customer service .. Management should lool into this matter ..
There shuttle Van hit my car twice, they charged my card triple took 3 days to refund
The area is very dirty. Metro station is not too far but the way to to the metro station is very sketchy. I would recommend women to stay here alone.
My deposit hasn't been returned and dealing with the staff when you call the hotel is horrible. They are rude.
