Stayed here a few times.The stuff were friendly and very helpful. I recommend my friends and tell them its a little gem.Will definitely be back next time I visit Stratford.

Very clean comfortable room with everything you need. Super comfy bed & pillows, clean crisp bedding. Complimentary breakfast basket a lovely touch. Hotel has plenty of parking & lovely & quiet. Staff very friendly & helpful. About 35 minutes flat walk to the centre of Stratford.

Polite and friendly staff, the breakfast extras was a wonderful touch.
Nice local pub and the Chinese take away was top notch. Lovely village in all. Beautiful walks just 15-20 mins away.
And town centre simple 15 mins drive.

I would like a vegan option for the breakfast left in the room: only the apples were vegan...
I liked the pictures
It took 2 attempts to check in as no one answered the door, we had to call the helpline both times and one the second it still took 10 minutes to be greeted by an employee in dirty trackies and trainers who was talking on the phone a different language.
The television did not work.
The bathroom was covered in black mould which wasn’t juiced until the following morning when using the shower. As I suffer severe asthma had I known this I would be have stayed and would have left the property with no hesitation.
On checkout there was agin no one there to speak to. It appeared there was no one in the building to assist with any enquires at all.
