Basic comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Location. Relaxed management . Fridges in rooms.

Cons:

Bathroom products had run out. Staff don’t come in till 9.30am.
Glasses in bedrooms very very small. Remote control didn’t work very well.

Would have been a great place to stay if it hadn't been one of the hottest nights of the year.
Pros:

The studio apartment had a fridge and microwave. It was nicely presented.

Cons:

On one of the hottest days of the year, the bathroom radiator was on full and the thermostat did not appear to be working - it stayed hot all night.

Clean easy to find accommodation near Stratford
Pros:

Convenient to Stratford, clean. Many shops restaurants etc nearby. Good parking facilities

Cons:

It was during excessive heat not proprietor’s fault but only fan, air con would have been wonderful

The hotel needed some care but room ok.
Pros:

The room was fine.

Cons:

Bathroom radiator was very hot on a heatwave weekend it would not turn off and hot water in the sink was burning and would not turn down. Public areas looked tired. No breakfast available.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Large clean rooms, nice area, helpful friendly staff.

Cons:

Toilet seat loose (forgot to report it) and ensuite door lock difficult to twist open from the inside (also forgot to report)
