Pros:

Helpful staff. Room was pleasant, lovely linen and fresh, clean towels. Coffee/tea station in toom with biscuits, breakfast basket available in room. Close to restaurants and grocery shop.

Cons:

Had room downstairs, outside light shining into room, eventhough blinds were down. Shower blockage, water ran out onto floor. TV remote did not work, ask staff to change batteries, helpful. If you walking from station, it's about 45minutes walk... With luggage. No restaurant on site.

Location. Near enough to SuA but not in it.

Cons:

It’s a bit labyrinthine. But it’s a converted old house. And it doesn’t feel like an hotel. More a hostelry. Good enough and works well. Will stay again without doubt.

We arrived earlier than planned but was allowed to park our car in carpark and take the lovely 30minutes walk into stratford town. Our room was lovely and clean with a very comfortable bed. Coffe and tea available in room and some wrapped pastries were a lovely touch for breakfast, before another visit into the town. A pub and chinese restaurant is only 5mins walk from hotel to .
