Herzlich geführtes und schönes Hotel in Seenähe, zentral aber ruhig.
Pros:

Zuvorkommendes, sehr aufmerksames und fleißiges Personal. Gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Schöne Lage: Zentral mit Cafés und Restaurants in Seenähe, in einem ruhigen Dörfchen. Sichere private Tiefgarage buchbar mit großen Stellplätzen.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten, wie dass die Handtücher im Bad nicht gut gehalten haben wegen fehlender Aufhänger. Fernsehtechnik etwas veraltet. Klimaanlage nicht ganz so leise, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

L'emplacement , par contre un peu de mal à comprendre l'enthousiasme des commentaires vantant un super pdj...j’ai dû réclamer du fromage etc....Le personnel est certes souriant...mais il faut revoir le ménage. Sinon bon sejour

Gute Lage, nahe am See, sehr sauber, gepflegtes Hotel mit Liebe zum Detail.
Nettes Personal, immer hilfsbereit.
Überschaubares aber ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet. Somit würde ich das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Cons:

Würde gerne eine Möglichkeit für einen Kaffe / Getränk während des Tages begrüssen.
Eine Bar auf der Oberen Terasse des Hauses war nur vom Do bis So am Abend geöffnet. Ist aber nicht sooo schlimm, da es viel Gastronomie in der Nähe gibt.

Pros:

Tout simplement formidable ! Personnel de l'accueil à l'arrivée, à la sortie, au petit déjeuner, souriant, serviable, agréable ! La situation très bien,proche de toutes les commodités sans avoir les nuissances. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, bien insonorisée, bref , parfait !

Que le temps soit passé trop vite dans ce lieu si agréable et paisible..

Worth it for the views and the staff alone.
Pros:

Location was excellent and hotel was spacious, clean and well maintained.
Staff were absolutely excellent - attentive, professional and responsive.
Breakfast was tasty with good pastries and cakes.
Free parking behind the hotel but we were given a discount to stay in the garages inside as usually E25 a day.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like but the hotel itself was more basic than luxurious.
Breakfast room could have been better arranged and so there was an unnecessary queue by the door / coffee area for example.
Final picky point - there was a line of dust on the tv and a plastic tag on the windowsill. Otherwise it was all spotless. We would stay again but it was on the pricier side for what it was (although outstanding location in August).
