Pros:

Great location just minutes walking from the lake, and ferryport. Very good restaurants nearby. Just a few minutes walk. Staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was a good size. Was one floor up from the road level but there was a lift. The hotel offer parking, however there is free parking a large parking area just behind. Easy to find parking out of season. The beds were nice and firm but extremely comfortable. Good size bathroom with everything needed. We nearly missed the roof terrace which would have been a shame as the views were beautiful.

Härliga rum med fantastisk utsikt över Lago Maggiore
Pros:

Vi bodde i en suit med sjöutsikt och vi var så nöjd med rummet, utsikten, badrummet, sängar, dusch, balkonger, närhet till gratis parkering. Vi hade bil så att ta oss till tex Stresa var inga problem.

Cons:

Anreise mit dem Auto am ersten Tag schwierig. Kein Parking zum Ausladen/Check-in. Man wurde auch nicht informiert. Nachher, sobald man sich auskennt, ist es ok. Öffentlicher Parkplatz in Gehdistanz.

Très agréable ,calme et reposant .
Pros:

Hotel très bien situé en plein centre de Baveno dans une ruelle calme .Possibilité de se garer à l'hotel (payant) et juste plus bas sur un petit parking gratuit .Hotel bien décoré ,très agréable avec une chambre (Suite car nous étions 3 avec deux chambres séparées ).Petit déjeuner varié . Tout était propre depuis le bas des garages au jardin .Juste en bas de la ruelle ,les bateaux pour aller visiter les Iles .Baveno se fait à pieds très facilement ainsi que les iles .Stresa n'est pas loin en voiture ainsi que le jardin de Stresa .

Cons:

Le seul point à améliorer serait le nettoyage . Hormis la salle de bain avec changement des serviettes toujours bien faite ,les chambres n'étaient pas toujours bien nettoyer .Un des jours de notre séjour ,la chambre du haut n'était pas faite du tout ...c'est vraiment le seul point en amélioration .

Constanza war wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, so wie man es sich von einem sehr guten Hotel vorstellen würde.
Pros:

Sehr sauber, liegt zentral, nah an der Kirche, schöne Sicht auf See mit Kirche davor (von der Dachterrasse)
Constanza von der Reception war sehr freundlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Wir wollten eine glutenfreie Pizza und sie hat sich eigens darum gekümmert und uns kurz nach der Ankunft gleich mit einer tollen Pizzeria überrascht. Wir waren nach der langen Anreise sehr froh eine so nette und positive Person anzutreffen!
