Le service restauration.

Cons:

Une grenouille dans la salle de bain, des fourmis.. j’ai demandé ma facture qu’ils ne m’ont jamais fournis, ils ont tout simplement ignoré ma demande malgré mes plusieurs relances.

Alarcate breakfast - milk rice, dosa, Coconut roti, dhal curry, polsambol, and onion sambol + tea

Cons:

Wrong photos - Family room photos shown as Triple room. Room quite small (~10x12ft)...double bed extremely small ( not enough for 2 ppl)
Had a difficult sleep...
Management accepted lack of space and published wrong photos...
When asked for an alternative room , the other room near pool unfortunately occupied... they tried to contact another hotel of theirs but no answer.

Asked about the TV not working. Said they would get maintenance but never did. Not able to use TV for the whole stay

Facilities are very good for the value. Restaurant staff is very good & helpful.

Cons:

Receptionist wanted more exposure on this role. Management team is only trying to welcome foreigners. They should respect to local people in country.The way they treated to local is not acceptable. The room they are showing is different & photos are different what they are posted in booking.com. Need to check the room type & size properly before confirm the booking.

Rooms and picture they advertised Not seme as u arrive, actually it is a horror house + they charge extra 10% .top of booking. Com.

False description in website.
1. Web page says WiFi available- in the hotel it’s available only to the pool area
2. Website says TV is available- our television wasn’t working. It was reported to the staff, but unfortunately they informed that there is no body to repair.
3. Web page says request ed a family room for 3 kids and two adults. Room was 13 feet into 13 feet , which was not adequate at all.
4.There were no bed linen or towels in the room . It’s glad to mention that with the request staff provided then to us.
5. Room surrounding was smelly.
6. There was a cat in the breakfast room and cat litter was seen outside the breakfast room .
7. We expressed our unhappiness to the staff. They suggested to cancel the booking through booking.com to give us a discount. Then they deducted Rs.1000 from the payment and we paid R/s. 29000 for the one day , which is not reasonable at all.
8. In front of the hotel they have mention that they provide dinner as well. But it was Fromm another hotel under the same name which is 15 mins drive away.
Therefore I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. This is an ashamed hotel under booking.com . I will not book any hotels under booking.com as it’s not trustworthy.

Pros:

Het balkon zitje.

Cons:

Communicatie was slecht. Bed en kussen waren vies. Badkamer was meer kapot dan wat je kunt bedenken. Wanneer je weinig betaald kan je niks verwachten maar hier was het echt te duur voor. Airco maakte herrie, bijna geen water. Wakker worden van gillend personeel.
