I had a wonderful stay at Ambrosia Hotel in Ypres! The room was incredibly nice and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to start the day right.

A special mention to the receptionist, who was so welcoming and always had a warm smile and great attitude—it really made a difference. The location is also perfect, just a short walk to the town center.

Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Very central to Ypres, so a good place to explore Ypres from. A good indoor space for secure bicycle storage . Helpfil staff at check-in.

Noisy room, from being adjacent to the stairs. No kettle in the room so had to use hot water from a vending machine to make tea

Lovely hotel in a beautiful town, will definitely be back.

Location was excellent, facilities down stairs where great for drinks.

Excellent hotel in and ideal location.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Ambrosia on many times over the years. It is in an ideal location in Ypres, just off the main square and 5 mins from the Menin Gate Memorial. The rooms are very clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast is good with a varied choice. The owners Vincent and Iwone are the perfect hosts, very friendly, speaking good English and able to offer good advice and tips on sites of interest and local restaurants. Their close associate, pebbles, works hard and does a good job supporting the running of the hotel.

Cons:

Parking is a problem, but that's not the fault of the hotel.
