Cons:

El colchón, no especialmente cómodo. Siendo una habitación para 2, creo debería contar con 2 sillas, ya que la mesa pierde la utilidad de comer algo juntos.

Su tranquilidad,su comodidad,ubicación céntrica,su limpieza siempre impoluto en todo los Alda ,que nos hospedamos y el trato, lo
único que le falta es una escobilla en el baño,pero por lo demás todo estupendo ,camas ,duchas ,almohadas,como si estuviera uno en el paraíso

La ubicación fabulosa, el hotel estaba bastante limpio y las habitaciones espaciosas, se nota que es un edificio antiguo que han renovado parcialmente porque el armario y el baño se veían antiguos, pero está bastante bien. Después de cierta hora el check in es remoto, pero funciona bien.

Hotel muy recomendado para visitar Santiago.

Habitación, ubicación, personal de recepción y personal de limpieza.

Cons:

El hecho de no tener recepcionista físico por la noche (si que tienen en remoto), hace que si una habitación monta ruido por la noche, sea mas difícil de gestionar. En nuestro caso no tuvimos problema.
