Great for a couple of nights and for exploring the area.
Pros:

it's quirky, the pool was fab, lift to the beach in the nature reserve and helpful staff. Food was also high standard, but first night no other guests ate there and it spoiled it for us - it felt a bit odd.

Cons:

some of the quirky style is not to be my taste, a few things looking a bit tired.

Dejligt roligt og fine omgivelser! Meget meget sødt personale. Vi boede i suiten og med den private pool var det virkelig en fornøjelse.

A beautiful place made even more special by the people who welcomed us.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Zahir Country House. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind and accommodating, and we had the pleasure of getting to know the owners during our stay, which made the experience feel even more personal.

Breakfast each morning was phenomenal, lovingly prepared fresh by the wonderful Nonna Clara. One of the highlights was the communal pizza night held on the grounds, where the head chef crafted delicious pizzas using ancient grains while we enjoyed beautiful local wines alongside the other guests.

The property itself is stunning, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and only a short drive from the gorgeous town of Noto, making it the perfect base to explore the area.

We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and honestly couldn't recommend Zahir Country House more highly. It was one of the highlights of our time in Sicily.

Pros:

Friendly staffs , Quiet location.

Cons:

The hotel photos date back several years. The property now appears run-down and poorly maintained.
The shower water in the bathroom has a terrible odour. After showering, a strong chlorine smell, just like in a swimming pool, lingers on the skin for hours, and there was no sufficient hot bathing water for a family of 4 people.

Charmante Unterkunft mit besonderem Flair
Pros:

Die Anlage ist wunderschön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail sowie toller Kunst eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, um sowohl den Strand als auch Noto zu erkunden. Besonders Giuseppe hat unseren Aufenthalt mit seiner herzlichen Art unvergesslich gemacht. Auch das Restaurant am Abend war ausgezeichnet. Klare Empfehlung! 😊✨

Cons:

Kleine Anmerkungen auf hohem Niveau: Der Fitnessraum könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Außerdem wurde uns das Spa bei der Ankunft leider nicht vorgestellt, sodass wir erst auf Nachfrage eine Behandlung gebucht haben – die dann allerdings sehr gut war. Auch der Spa-Bereich selbst könnte an einigen Stellen etwas ansprechender gestaltet werden.

Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl qualitativ sehr gut und vieles hausgemacht. Allerdings ähnelte sich das Angebot während unseres Aufenthalts von drei Nächten recht stark. Für längere Aufenthalte wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung bei Brot, Aufschnitt und Gebäck sicherlich schön. 😊
