Very nice place to stay, I loved my room it was big with balcony and mountains view which was amazing ! Everyday it was cleaned. The breakfast is basic. Location is very comfortable too. You can walk to main streets or take taxi it’s not far to go other districts. Stuff was friendly too

Staff was welcoming and courtuess. But the location was way out of city centre. Locality was not good. Approach roads to hotel are not suiting the hotel. Breakfast was average. Beds were totally worn out. Balcony is good in picture, but not useful for a guest as the AC compressor unit is pumping out hot air.
The staff were extremely helpful and the bar men were really cooperative. Lovely people but can't recommend the hotel for people who wants to be close to city centre.

The room we stayed in was not what we thought we were going to get. I thought I purchased a room with a balcony and a Mountain View, but we had neither of those things. The window faced an alleyway where they were doing construction. Also, the queen size bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, so not very comfortable. When I requested rebooking, they said they could not accommodate me because the hotel was fully booked. Other than these annoyances, I found the hotel to be nice. The staff was quick to respond to requests (except for the room change) and the rooftop breakfast was very nice. Great food and a great view. The hotel restaurant was a little overpriced and the food was OK.

Perfect! Everything was awesome and good staff and nice and clean place. 100% recommend.

Hotel Laerton was exceptional and our stay there was an example of small hotel accommodation done well. The pool an sauna are were a delightful surprise and the staff were always ready to help and answer questions.

I would highly recommend this property to all travelers. Our room had a lovely balcony and the hotel is walking distance from two metro stops.

My second stay and it was fabulous. The staff is always so polite and helpful. The pool was wonderful for my guest. Breakfast was perfect. Love staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel - good room - nice spa - big balcony - but need more nicer furniture - bathroom too small.

Good hotel, but situated in a ruined part of Tbilisi. Approaching roads have a plenty of bumps so prepare your kidneys if arriving by taxi :)
Breakfast is not so great as meal choice is similar to the three star hotels rather than four star.
Pool was closed and not available to use.

The area looks run down but you have to see the bigger picture of re building to not let it affect you.

Friendly staff, nice indoor heated pool and spa, delicious breakfast and close to old Tbilisi. Definitely will stay here again.

The property was well maintained.The receptionist Alexander offered good service.Breakfast was very good and the staff was efficient.

Cons
Spa center was disappointing. When I requested for 60 min massage I was given a 40 min massage and I had timed the same . When I asked the lady in charge she told me the time they started was 4:08,which made no sense as I had arrived at the hotel 4:15.

While booking I had mentioned I was travelling with infant. They did not mention that the pool facility was only for adults and children that were 6 years and above.

The last day we ordered for dinner. The food was extremely disappointing.

We loved this hotel. Will stay there again if able. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. Having a place to put toiletries in the bathroom would have made it better (there was space for a small table that would have helped).

Great service. Convenient location. Well recommended for anybody visiting town.
