Wonderful stay in Porto
Pros:

Very friendly, helpful staff who upon our check in circled places to visit on a map. We liked our large room with space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom was spacious and attractive with room for toiletries and makeup.

Cons:

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Kommen gerne wieder, super Lage, ein tolles Appartement mit einer großen Terrasse.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, eine mega gute Lage des Hotels, mitten in der Altstadt, nur wenige Minuten zum Ufer von Douro entfernt. Eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Kathedrale.

Pros:

Gentilezza del personale, ottima posizione in zona pedonale, lontana da rumori. Camera pulita.

Cons:

un solo armadio piccolissimo mancanza totale di cassetti o ripiani per appoggiare i vestiti.
il bagno attrezzato per disabili che per l'uso quotidiano è decisamente scomodo.

Pros:

O hotel tem excelente localização, perto de vários pontos turisticos e de fácil acesso. Equipe super atenciosa. Foi realmente uma excelente escolha para os objetivos de nossa viagem.

Localização central, dormida confortável :)
Pros:

Gostamos da localização central (perto da estação de São Bento) e de estar a distancia a pé dos pontos emblemáticos da cidade no centro histórico do Porto. A cama era confortável e o Staff atencioso e simpatico.

C’était un excellent séjour merci encore
Pros:

On a beaucoup aimé l’emplacement, on a pu tout faire à pied, le personnel était très agréable! Le petit déjeuner super cool. La chambre était très propre même dans l’hôtel ça sentait bon !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif pour nous c’est la partie spa la piscine on ne l’a pas trouvé très propre et c’est dommage de faire payer en supplément. Nous c’était gratuit car il y avait eu une erreur mais 15h de l’heure je trouve pas justifié.
