Jedynie obsługa była dobra, śniadania też dosyć smaczne, chociaż codziennie to samo

Cons:

Pokoje były tragiczne, wszędzie grzyb i brud. W pierwszym pokoju ściana była cała mokra, ogrzewanie zepsute. W drugim tylko sporadycznie. Ale pleśń i grzyb w hotelu 4 gwiazdkowym to niedopuszczalne. W łazience pod prysznicem okno z pleksy. Pokoje od ulicy, gdzie byli znajomi były fajne. Ale te od podwórka porażka

Lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Breakfast was great, a buffet breakfast and they also catered for gluten free.
The rooms were a good size, comfortable bed, good size bathroom.
The location was perfect - lots of cafes and restaurants as well as nice shops on the same street.
Would recommend the hotel.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was not good. There was a coffee machine in the room but no milk and no decaf.
The pool was out of use which was a shame - storm damage apparently

Tarifa cara para a qualidade da acomodação.
Pros:

Cama confortável e localização.

Cons:

Banheiro para cadeirante (sendo que não temos necessidades especiais) com ducha que não comportava a água do banho e molhava o banheiro inteiro. A piscina do spa estava indisponível durante a estadia.

La posizione strategica, bello anche il palazzo in cui è ubicato

Cons:

Abbiamo avuto problemi con le luci che non sono riuscite a risolvere, accendendo la luce del bagno si accendeva tutte le luci della stanza. La camera, bellissima, aveva delle perdite d’acqua da una finestra e la pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare. LA porta del bagno si chiudeva solamente chiudendola dall’interno con la chiave…insomma, un gran peccato perché la camera era molto bella

Idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours
Pros:

Un hôtel idéalement placé, à 10/15 minutes à pied de tous les lieux à visiter à Porto, dans une rue calme. Le personnel est super accueillant, les chambres sont propres et bien fournies, les lits très confortables.
La piscine était HS donc ils offraient les entrées au spa pendant le séjour.
Un petit bar très sympa sur le toit (en intérieur) qui permet de prendre un verre sans sortir si on est fatigués de sa journée.

Cons:

Si vous êtes sensible au bruit la nuit, les chambres ne sont pas forcément très bien isolées car on entend le parquet de la chambre du dessus grincer, et les personnes qui parlent dans les chambres adjacentes.

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo miły personel, pokoje dość duże i komfortowe. Ekspres do kawy w pokoju - to zawsze duży plus

Cons:

Basen był wyłączony z użytku i nie zostaliśmy o tym poinformowani przed przyjazdem. Rezerwacji w tym obiekcie dokonaliśmy właśnie z uwagi dostępności basenu, więc było to duże rozczarowanie.
