Das Hotel hat einen charmanten Stil der vergangenen Tage! Die Zimmer haben sehr viel erlebt - trotzdem ist es schön darin zu nächtigen! Kühlschrank, Klima und Deckenventilator sind vorhanden. Es ist sehr sauber, das Personal ist super freundlich, das Frühstücks Buffet für italienische Verhältnisse top - Eiergerichte werden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Das Hotel selbst liegt in der Altstadt/Zentrum … alles ist zu Fuß super erreichbar. Das Auto kann in seiner Seitengasse hinter dem Hotel geparkt werden!

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Team; Zimmer sehr geräumig, Badezimmer gut-vielleicht ein wenig renovierungsbedürftig (hat aber das Benutzen in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt; sehr zentrale Lage (Zufahren und Parken wird vom Hotel organisiert: Zona limitata)

Great service ideal location
Pros:

Location was incredibly central. Not necessarily ideal if you are travelling by car, parking is a challenge. Breakfast was varied. Lots of pastries and fruit. Even the offer of a cooked meal. Very good service.

Cons:

All the ancillary additional costs. Local room tax. Bottles of water. Parking. Sadly all these over extended my planned budget. These need to be advertised from the outset. I would have preferred a proper cappuccino there’s was generic machine made.

The location was great, very central and convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The windows were dirty, the curtains were stained, and the furniture was old and worn out. There was a very strong artificial fragrance throughout the room, which triggered an allergic reaction for me.

The red carpet looked heavily stained and dirty, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned for a long time.

Breakfast was also disappointing. Only the fruit and croissants seemed fresh. Most of the other food did not appear fresh and was of poor quality.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was its excellent central location.

The streets have no names
Pros:

Deep in the heart of the old city and impossible to find unless you arrive by knowledgeable taxi driver because as U2 once said “the streets have no name”. Thinking I could find it using a completely useless google map, I walked from the station. 2h later and having 3 locals giving me completely different directions I retraced my way back to the station- and got a taxi who guided me there effortlessly I must have passed the tiny alley many times anyway the hotel was great, staff friendly, room comfortable, minibar well and cheaply stocked. Excellent breakfast though waitress was kindly trying to get me eggs each morning. Hotel has rooftop bar with great views but sadly too hot to use when I was there
