Pros:

Centrally located with ease around the city and comfortable walk to the train station. Breakfast each morning was perfect and the staff incredibly accommodating, gracious and helpful! We loved the style of the rooms and they were exactly what we were wanting when choosing Venezia and its historic charm. Very clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Showers are a bit small for what Americans are accustomed to but adequate.

Sehr schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage direkt an der Piazza. Tolles Frühstück! Nettes Personal.

Cons:

Die Räder mussten in einem
benachbarten Partnerhotel untergebracht werden. Ca 5 min Fußweg entfernt.

Posizione eccellente, colazione ottima, staff gentile.
Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visitare il centro storico. Colazione ottima e accurata. Terrazza con incantevole vista sulla città.

Cons:

Sia le camere che i bagni necessitano di ristrutturazione. Anche gli arredi, pur mantenendo lo stile dell'hotel d'epoca, sarebbero da sostituire con nuovi mobili e sanitari più funzionali.

La sua posizione super centrale e vicinissima alla piazza principale .camera con arredamenti vecchio stile ,ma ben curata spaziosa e pulita .materassi letto comodi .e ragazza reception disponibile e gentile nel dare tutte le informazioni .
Ottimo anche il servizio parcheggio offerto dalla struttura (ovviamente i posti sono pochi)quindi questo va un po a periodo e fortuna.ma comodo xke si ha la macchina vicino alla struttura e in centro alla zona ztl ..colazione buona sia dolce che salato .

La cosa che do come consiglio e sostituire serramenti finestre perché sono poco isolati da rumori esterni .

Goede centrale locatie, heerlijk ontbijt en erg aardig en behulpzaam personeel ,

Cons:

Het groene exit-lichtje boven de deur in mijn kamer was zo fel dat de hele nacht de gehele slaapkamer helder verlicht was. Ik kon er niet van slapen.

Het decor van het hotel was her en der wat sjofel en gedateerd, vooral door de vreselijke felrode velourse deurbekleding en gordijnen, het leek daardoor van buiten wel op een seksclub.

Eén matras op het bed was zo zacht dat het volkomen doorgezakt was. Het andere bad was goed

En ik miste een koffie- en theehoekje op mijn kamer.

oude hotel - met klassiek Italiaans eenvoudig badkamer, maar top bedden en super-super vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt was heel uitgebreid en ook hier het personeel supervriendelijk. De ligging van dit hotel is top in een zijstraat naast piazza signore.

niets - je moet wel ermee rekenen dat het geen designhotel met stylish kamers is
