Fulton Steamboat Inn

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Fulton Steamboat Inn twice in December. December the 4th-5th 2025 and stayed on the 2nd floor for my Birthday. It was a surprise and wonderful. It was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The staff was kind and very helpful. Neya C at the front desk is especially kind and helpful. We stayed December 19th to the 20th on the 3rd floor. It was amazing and we have been spoiled. Neya C and Francesca from housekeeping were especially nice and helpful. WE have already booked 3 rooms for July 2026 to bring our family and share this beautiful place with them.

Neya at the front desk was helpful, pleasant, funny and hospitable. Working in hospitality myself, I am over the moon when people make my travels lovely, fun, pleasant, relaxing, comfortable and everything good! She adjusted my room rate as it was incorrect; I was not charged properly for my first night in accordance with the rewards program. She complimented my hairstyle as well which was funny in and of itself, once again, making me feel good, welcomed and comfortable. The Inn is lovely and I enjoy staying there so very much! I was visiting as part of my Christmas celebration, so it definitely was made memorable by the Steamboat Inn! The cookies were tasty as usual and the hot chocolate bar was fun!!

From the moment we stopped into the lobby, we were impressed! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was so friendly. The rooms were so spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We loved the decor in the rooms as well. The pool was very nice and warm. We didnt eat at the restaurants but we heard people say they were good. We would definitely stay here again. I would like to stay during the warmer months, to explore the outside more. We seen there was a beautiful pond and some other things but it was way to cold while we were there to check out.

Manager on Duty was rude, condescending and anti-Christ. They were decorated for Christmas but rejected the idea of celebrating Christ as the reason for Christmas. I am saddened that this happened, we always like the Steamboat! We checked out after one night!

We greatly enjoyed our recent stay at the Fulton Steamboat, we just wanted to get away to relax, enjoy lunch and hang out at the pool/hot tub. The food at the Tavern was delicious and accommodations were clean, nice and comfortable. Want to make a special call out for the customer service provided by Neya C at the front desk. Neya was very pleasant and helpful. Good customer service is kind of rare these days and Neya is a gem who helped to make our stay an absolute pleasure. We will return for another weekend get away.

The hotel is lovely- especially with the Fall decorations! We were in a beautiful room on the third adult only floor. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge and breakfast in the dining room. Staff was very nice! Bus groups do stay here so make sure you make a reservation if you want to dine here. I would stay again if i were in the area.

The Steamboat was a pleasant surprise. It was beautiful inside and out. Our grands loved the pool as well. It was a very pleasant experience. I'd love to go there again.`

My husband and I stayed at the Fulton Steamboat for the first time last week, although we had dined in their restaurant and tavern before. We found it to be charming -- elegantly furnished in a steamboat theme. Without exception, the staff were courteous, welcoming, and looking happy to be working there and eager to please.
We enjoyed dinner in the Tavern, where the bartender, Zechariah, went above and beyond to meet our every wish. The food was delicious; the Irish coffee a masterpiece, as he made it according to my wishes. Breakfast in the restaurant was also delicious, with those servers pleasant and eager to please. We would definitely return!

It is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. Staff are very friendly and do their best to make your trip wonderful. Wonderful for families with small children.

We enjoyed our stay. The decor was very pretty in the public areas. Our room was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the ceiling fan and coffee pot. The only issue we had was in the dining room. The food was delicous and we received generous portions, but the service was slow. We questioned the way our eggs were cooked one morning. The scrambled eggs were served with brown patches throughout where they were severly overcooked. When we mentioned it to our server she did not offer to have them replaced. Our menu said choice of bread, but did not mention there was an upcharge on our english muffin. Once again the server seemed unconcerned. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Amazing experience! From the second you walk in you feel like you’re in another world. The atmosphere is amazing and it goes well with the decorations. Everyone was friendly and the food was amazing. I stayed on the 3rd floor adults only and had a balcony to just sit out and look at the beautiful area. At night the entire place is lit up. If you get the chance take it, it truly was memorable.

Enjoyed the uniquest of the property. It was decorated for fall and it had a special charm about it. It was clean and the staff was pleasant.

Husband and I just got home from here. If I could give it more then 5stars I would. Very clean,,service excellent,,very pleasant and helpful..food was very good,,servers very nice,,,we usually go to Pa a couple times a year,,and I won't be staying anyplace else but here.. If you haven't been or are questioning if you should,,just go,,it is definitely worth it

Loved the pool, the restaurant and our room. The place is beautiful. Good service. We had a nice stay on the hotel. Enjoyed the pond with the fire pit.

Had room in front. Truck noise all the time.
