Budget hotel close to the center.
The room had a very strong, unpleasant odor. There was a whiff of cigarette smoke even though technically this was a nonsmoking room. But the worst part was the intense smell of cleaning products and laundry detergent. It was so intense that I was not able to sleep.
Excellent location, most sights are at walking distance. A little hotel but good value for money. A simple Italian breakfast is included in the price. The staff are very friendly and previous communication with the owner is excellent.

Didn't like the fact that this is NOT an actual hotel. It's a few rooms on floor no. 5, luckily there is a lift. The room was a little shabby, door of tiny bathroom was scratched and untidy. Genoa is a large busy city and we couldn't open windows when hot as too much traffic noise and air conditioning was very noisy too.

Literie impeccable dans une chambre très spacieuse. L'emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver car il se situe au 5éme étage dans un immeuble type haussmanien, c’est assez atypique. Il ne faut pas oublier la sympathie du personnel et le petit déjeuner offert gentiment par l'hôtel.
La douche trop petite
Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja hotelu. Mogliśmy oddać bagaże do przechowalni i wcześniej zacząć zwiedzanie pięknego miasta. W pokoju było wszystko, co potrzebne. Pan z recepcji dał nam czajnik i kubeczki, mieliśmy lodówkę, telewizor i bardzo wygodne łóżka. Łazienka była przestronna i zawsze leciała ciepła woda. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany, ale trzeba było zostawić klucze w recepcji. W hotelu było bezpiecznie, drzwi zamykane i otwierane na kod.
Właściciel hotelu nie powinien głośno walić do drzwi pokoju gości po godzinie 22.00, a taka sytuacja zaistniała. Propozycja przeniesienia się do innego pokoju w ostatnim dniu pobytu była również nie na miejscu zwłaszcza, że od samego początku nie dostaliśmy pokoju, który zarezerwowałam. Miał być pokój z balkonem, a dostaliśmy bez balkonu.

Le petit déjeuner très peu copieux et le café ☕️ amer et pas de jus d'orange ni pain ou brioche et surtout pas de beurre
Tutto ottimo. Gentilezza dello staff, pulizia camere, rapporto qualità/prezzo. La possibilità del deposito bagagli. Anche una inaspettata colazione!
