Amazing experience with a so call budget hotel.
Pros:

Easily connected to Ipoh town centre , Ipoh Garden Town, Canning Garden town, Gunung Rapat town ...

Cons:

The cleanliness of room and lobby, lift for elderly, walking distance to MCD,
Free parking, hospitality of the staff.

Pros:

The room was clean over all but all other experience made bad impression about this country and people. Would not recommend this place...

Cons:

We were very disapointed by this experience.
Staff was not polite. It was more interested to end the shift than to solve issues we had.
We had disagreements about how much was paid and how much they got. The difference was 10 myr but we had to pay them again.
We had nice big window. But our room was next to reception and even at midnight staff was watching TV and you can hear this very well.
There was no toilet paper. But we got it.
Hotel is on 3rd floor (not problem for us) but staircase can be with cigarette smoke.
