Pros:

Worth the money. Room is clean. Though there is hot and cold water dispenser and a kettle is provided, everyday still provide bottle drinking water. That's is good.

A decent place to stay minus the unfriendly receptionist
Pros:

Plenty of parking space
The lift to second floor.
The balcony.
No smell in the room.
New property, hence it was clean
Plenty of power points.
Hot water kettle with instant coffee & crockery
Aircon can be adjusted according to one’s preference

Cons:

1. The unwelcoming, unsmiling, disconnected robot like receptionist
2. Asking for 100RM security deposit without a printed receipt, that showed lack of trust in their guests
3. Returned security deposit only after thorough inspection of the room
4. Ordinary 32” TV with only 3 useless channels. Neither local TV channels even.
5. No basic toiletries provided free of cost, even a soap
6. No eateries near the hotel, except McDonald’s
7. Far from downtown area
8. Selling basic toiletries
9. Unwilling to accept early check-in (as the check-in time is 3pm)
10. No fan in the room
