Pros:

The bed and the pillow was comfy. the staff did provide a spare pillow for comfort. The location of the hotel is good where by it is near to all the food restaurants.

The staff service and attitude is bad, send the stupid message before check out time, first message mention check out late more than 1 hour will have extra charges, then second message mention late for half an hour (12.30) will have extra charges, but when I receive the second message is on 12.15, and I was at outside. The hotel management should mention to the hotel guess before or during check in that late for have an hour check out will having the extra charges, is not send for this kind of wrong and stupid message.

Worth it.
Pros:

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at this hotel. This will always be my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Ipoh.

Good experience.
Pros:

The room is big, the amenities are good. Provided iron and iron board in the room. Kettle, refrigerator, towels, soap all is there. Water pressure in the bathroom is good. Got coway as well. Overall is good.

Cons:

Bathroom quite smelly when we arrived but after one night the smell is likely gone.

Pros:

bilik bersih dan selesa (1 queen bed, 1 single bed) utk 3 dewasa, ada ruang selesa utk solat, tandas bersih

Cons:

Boleh tambah baik dengan sediakan sejadah utk solat. Sangat tidak praktikal tempat hanger di atas coffee bar. Hanya 1 loose hanger disediakan.
