I was so happy, I cam back for a night on the way back.
Pros:

Plenty of parking space, in a small quiet street. Location is superb. It is quiet and almost country-side experience while being in the middle of the ancient city center. Just superb. The personal is very very kind, a delight. Air conditioning is being installed, little by little, which will make a difference in the hot season. Interiors are basic, and somewhat outdated, which is charming in a way, if you get bored by the hyperclean modern hotels.

Cons:

for the price it is just fantastic, nothing to complain about.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione e offre il servizio di parcheggio. Le camere sono pulite e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero conveniente

If you want a friendly, basic, convenient hotel choose here.
Pros:

Friendly, clean, small family run hotel in an historic but quiet and leafy suburb . 10 minutes walk to the centre. As a single female traveller I felt safe and well advised and looked after. I had a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. Lots of restaurants and a local shop nearby.

Cons:

No complaints. Some people might suggest it needs some updating but as a two star it is fine.

Pros:

Perché si accontenta di una struttura semplice ma pulita, con il grande vantaggio di essere in pieno centro, credo che ci sia un ottimo rapporto rapporto qualità prezzo

posizione perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Perugia a due passi dalla scalinata dell'acquedotto.
Parcheggio auto garantito e permesso per entrare in ZTL; proprietaria gentile e pronta a dare consigli per i posti da visitare.
Camera un pò datata ma pulita e in ordine.

Cons:

non c'è ascensore (per noi non è stato un problema ma per i piani superiori con valige pesanti può esserlo)

Pros:

Per chi si accontenta di una struttura semplice ma confortevole, pulita ed in centro, è l’ideale. Inoltre devo dire che la proprietaria, nonostante io avessi prenotato tramite booking senza il diritto di rimborso, avendo sbagliato la prenotazione, ha provveduto a cancellarla.
