Angenehmes Hotel an der Fußgängerzone
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt genau an der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß an der Kathedrale. Wir kamen vor der Check-in Zeit mit dem Auto an, Konnten in der Tiefgarage parken und in die Stadt gehen. Check-in war dann bequem am Nachmittag. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Gute Erklärung mit Stadtplan, Hilfe beim ein- und ausparken, die Garage ist eng, aber mit Einweisung kein Problem.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend und variabel. Verschiedenes Brot, Schinken, Käse, Früchte… kleine Kuchen. Alles gut.

Cons:

Als wir spät am Nachmittag ins Zimmer kamen, war es sehr warm, Heizung auf 23 Grad. Draußen hatte es 18/19 Grad. Es gelang uns nur mit geöffnetem Fenster eine erträgliche Temperatur zum schlafen zu erreichen. Wir vermuten, dass die Heizung nicht richtig eingestellt ist.

Hubo 2 situaciones: en primer lugar, el Hotel se muestra con estacionamiento privado pero una vez que reservas te avisan que el estacionamiento esta SUJETO A DISPONIBILIDAD Y HAY QUE PAGAR APARTE. Por otro lado, al salir del Hotel, recibimos la falsa acusación de haber chocado un auto estacionado (cabe aclarar que el estacionamiento es super angosto, poco cómodo). Nos acusaron reiteradas veces diciendo que habían visto por la cámara y que la persona del otro auto nos acusó (falsamente). Luego de varias conversaciones y nuestra defensa nos terminaron pidiendo disculpas.
