Pros:

La habitación esta bastante bien, pero las almohadas eran un poco incomodas. El personal muy agradable y atento. La ubicación esta muy bien. Esta en el centro

I muri un po’ rovinati con le macchie di umidità, un po’ vecchiotto ma abbastanza funzionale. Avevamo il condizionatore in camera ma non funzionava, così come la luce principale.
A volte la luce saltava

No me gustó la estancia.
Pros:

De el alojamiento lo único que me gustó esque estaba en muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Nada mas llegar no había recepcionista tubo que atenderme la limpiadora que no era su trabajo.
El parking es un almacén que solo caben 5 coches como mucho y tienes que dar tus llaves para que ellos lo muevan por si se va alguien.Por dejar el coche aparcado allí nos cobraron 90€ tres días.
Para que te limpiaran la habitación tenias que bajar a recepción a dejar las llaves pronto porque si no no te la limpiaban.
El baño olía horrible.Teníamos que cerrar la puerta porque si no no podíamos dormir de la olor tan mala que salía.
El secador no funcionaba.
Las puertas de las habitaciones las tienes que cerrar con llave porque si no no sé cierran.
La habitación para tres personas muy pequeña.
El desayuno demasiado básico y poca variedad.
El personal aceptable.
Mucho ruido por la noche.

It was acceptable as a first experience in Porto, but will I go back? No
Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect, exactly in the heart of Porto and close to everything. The staff are very nice and friendly and will do their best to make your experience positive. The breakfast offered is acceptable.

Cons:

The hotel can definitely use some renovation, the rock wall has some mold and might cause discomfort to people who care about super clean places. I got a single room and the bathroom was very small, I could barely move. Although the cleaning lady would change the soap and towels while cleaning, I think they should change their suppliers (the liquid soap barely has any foam and does not feel like cleaning at all). Because of humidity, some insects show up wondering around from time to time, not harmful but still not wonderful to see in a room. Overall, I am sure they can do better.

Um hotel de 2 estrelas honesto que busca superar suas limitações com limpeza e bom atendimento.
Pros:

A localização é excelente. O pequeno almoço satisfatório e o banho é bom com água quente e ducha forte. Áreas comuns renovadas e bem cuidadas. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. Tem "storage" para a bagagem e facilitam a retirada da bagagem para o carro já que a rua é estreita e não tem baia para parar o carro. Como todas as propriedades da região é um edifício antigo, com espaço limitado porém bem aproveitado.

Cons:

Apartamento pequeno e com o suficiente para dormir e higiene pessoal; sem mais espaço para qualquer atividade extra; casa de banho pequena e pouco confortável, mas é o suficiente para o necessário; não espere luxo e nem maior conforto. É o essencial sem extras. O que compensa é a localização e as áreas comuns que atendem o mínimo necessário.
