Pros:

De ontvangst door de host. Een vriendelijke oude man. Ik had geen ontbijt besteld bij aankomst maar hij heeft me toch in de buffetzaal een plaats bezorgd de ochtend na aankomst. De vriendelijkheid compenseert de wat oudere kamer.

Cons:

De kamer was nogal klein. Het hoofd van het bed was aan het raam waar veel nachtelijk lawaai was. Het rolluik dempte wel maar niet voldoende.
Ik heb niet gedoucht maar zag toch dat alles wat verouderd is. Als je op het toilet zat dan hoorde je water drippelen. Geen idee waardoor het kwam.

Pros:

Proximité des lieux historique de Porto , des restaurants et de la vieille ville

Cons:

La seule chose non appréciable en tout cas dans ma chambre etait le fait d'avoir une seule prise et pas a côté du lit .

Cons:

Bien évidemment à ce tarif les chambres sont petites et la salle de bain un peu vétuste.
Les oreillers pourraient être remplacés.

Great stay in the heart of the city, staff's recommendations were stellar!
Pros:

Perfect location, a very nice hotel for the price. Room was nice, on the smaller side but perfectly comfortable. AC was working nicely and we had an elevator + stairs to reach the floor.
The staff at reception was especially helpful and recommended a one day itinerary that was the perfect fit for our needs. Their recomendation made a big difference for our time in Porto!

Cons:

Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small.

teve uma insfestação de um inseto que picou uma pessoa senior que estava na hospegem e que a mesma fará exames para verificar se sua saude continua integra, caso será avaliado e se constar alguma doença devido ao inseto que nao sei ao certo se foi carrapato ou percevejo ou outro tipo.,,,entrqarei no campo juridico se necessario.

Well, the location was good.

Cons:

Noisy, poor breakfast, staff didn’t speak english and most important: I had ants in my room. I left some food on the table and it got infested by ants. I complained to the staff and, using google translate, he said “management will come tomorrow and will come talk to you”. Useless, considering that I was leaving next morning. I wrote written complaints both to hotel and booking.com support through booking app, noone replied to me. Really bad experience.

Muy buena ubicación , desayuno poco variado
Pros:

El desayuno muy triste, solicitamos una habitacion triple con 3 camas y nos dieron una habitacion pequeña con una cama doble y otra individual, con la excusa que estaba estropeada la mampara del baño, y no parece que esa fuese la causa . la ubicacion estupenda, en pleno centro.
