Nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft aber gut gepflegt. Gute Lage, gut zum Schnorcheln und in der Nähe der Haie und Stachelrochen. Wir haben auch eine Schildkröte und ein Adlerrochen gesehen.

Cons:

In der Küche kann es ein wenig warm werden da nur der Schlafraum AC hat. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sehr schnell einen Fan vorbeigeveacht.

Overall, it was a very nice stay, we would go again except get a place with AC in all bedrooms.
Pros:

The location was excellent - a few minutes' walk to a very nice, sandy beach that was great for kids (shallow, sandy, calm). There was a restaurant (adjacent property) on the beach, the food was so-so, but it was a great location. The unit was clean, reasonably stocked with what we needed, beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms, two showers. We used the outdoor patio for several meals. The hose by the door to clean our feet. Several nice restaurants a short drive away (Italian was good). Parking was easy. We did a boat/snorkel outing one morning (Nemoz, Ben and Tony were great) and they picked us up right on the dock at the beach. The snorkeling was quite nice. Kayak and other rentals right at the beach.

Cons:

Only air conditioned in two of the bedrooms. The loft area was blazing hot and there are no windows in the loft that can be opened to create some ventilation (e.g., at night with the provided fan). A portable AC unit or something is needed to cool off this space. The roof leaked, but this was a minor issue. There were no coffee pods or dishwasher pods in the unit, we had to go buy some from the front desk. We checked in slightly after 5pm (lock box), so when we got up in the morning - no coffee! The front desk did not open until 8am? Seriously, we paid a fair amount for the rental and it's ridiculous that 4 or 6 coffee pods (3 bedroom unit) could not have been provided to start with - buy more as needed. Same for the dishwasher (provide one or two pods).

Et surtout il faudrait mettre des stores occultants à la bonne dimension dans la chambre à l étage car les stores n étaient pas adaptés et trop petits pour la fenêtre……donc réveillés très tôt au lever du jour …

Good choice for budget holiday. Beach is excellent with kayak/boat rental, sharks, rays, turtles just there, kayakin

Good A/C, kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds, large bathroom, laundry - washing machine&dryer, nice terrace to sit, close to the beach.

Cons:

Roosters cockadoodling all day and night!
Our villa was close to the road so some noise from motorbikes too.

Accès à la mer à pied

Il manque un étendoir car tout ne pas aller au sèche linge
Et avoir un ventilateur dans la salon pour ceux qui y dorment car il n’y a a pas de climatisation. Sinon c’est parfait
