S.C. Heritage Hotel

Simple facilities but it's good enough.

This hotel has seen its hey days and now good for people who just want a budget night to stay and will be out most of the time. Most things are ok excepted there were mangled cost hangers in my closet. Parking was available but on a 1st come 1st served basis. Otherwise, you park on the roadside.

I have no complaints about it as I was just passing through.

Alt i alt en knap så god oplevelse. Værelset var bestemt ikke vedligeholdt, og så forældet ud. Ingen safetybox, og en altandør som ikke kunne lukkes med lås. Vandet i bruseren var endte iskoldt, eller kogende varmt.. Venligt rengøringspersonale, knap så venlige receptionister. Hotellet ligger forholdsvis langt fra restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder. Meget skummelt kvarter! Super billigt, men ikke anbefalingsværdigt.

Dirty. Still have somebody’s hair in the shower, some trash under the bed. The worst part is cockroach in the room :(

Near to market.

The hotel was once rather grand, but it is now very tired. My room was spacious but... the electric shower in the bathroom didn't work; some of the electic lights didn't work; the advertised wifi rarely provided internet from my room (although in reception it seemed OK); there was space for a fridge – but no fridge; the hotel has no safe depoit facilities,
My bed was clean and I slept well. And the hotel was not expensive and in a reasonably good location.
It was just OK overall for a very short stay.

クアラルンプールから一気にハジャイまでバスで。到着は夕方。疲れてたので、すぐ部屋に入りシャワーを浴びたかったのだが、フロントがまごつき入室まで１０分近くかかり、げんなり。しかも冷蔵庫がないので、冷たい水もない。まぁこの値段なので仕方ない。朝食は付いてないが、インスタントコーヒーと、ビスケットがロビーに置かれ、適当に頂いた。

Hat Yai is a tourist city,not so cheap.Avoid 'massage salons',prostitution only.Market seems to be controlled.too expensive,mainly fruits.Near Garden Lee Hotel,food is very expensive too,same as in Mc Donald,not a very good service there.Some small food courts have good and cheap food.Avoid crowded places.

No hair dryer, pillows smelly, comforter smelly, bathroom door wood peeling.. No self boiling facilities in room. Very rundown walls in bathroom. Shower not hot. Overall quite pathetic.

The location is not strategic. Front desk staf also cannot speak english

Sangat selesa morning view yg sngat cantik..next time boleh repeat again..dkt kimyong market, lee garden plaza yg pnting dkt 7E..

Location not good and service bad

Ok, the hotel is old a poorly mantained, so what? But..... Tre rooms are really dirty! The only clean thing were bedsheets. The first room we were given had hordes on ants, cockroaches and smelled like ash tray. And we asked for the change, so were given second, pretty the same, but without visible ants and cockroaches. Dirty floors, dusty furniture (i mean like big pieces of dust on the lamps and table) , the bathroom was really gross: mirror newer washed, nobody cleans spitted totthpaste from it, hairs everywhere and pee smell.... The room itself and the AC still smelled like an ash tray. There is a fountain in the lobby, but there is no water, instead it is used as an ash tray.... Why did we stay there? The day before we stayed in Trang, in a same old hotel, again, badly mantained, but it was TIDY. Tired, broken at some places, but still worked and they tried their best for the hotel to be nice. Here they just do not give a f.... So you know there are hordes of cockroaches, crawling from holes in the walls. Juck!!!!!!!

We booked it for 2 nights with Agoda, but understood that we cant sleep with the lights on (that keeps most of cockroaches away) so we asked to pay us 1 night back, but Agoda refused, as hotel offered us another room!!!! Nonsense! So we just stayed in another hotel.

Ok, it was cheap. I didn’t expect much. It could be old I can handle even with spiders and other animals, sometimes it’s hard to fight with them but what we get was terrible and disgusting horror!
One star is too much! The room was cleaned maybe twenty yers ago. Ok if you don’t have money to new curtain so it will be beter without it. But this stinky things?Awful! Somebody us them as toilet paper or what?!
Never ever again. Even 1 baht is too expensive for this experience. We couldn’t even take a shower cos we take care about our healthy...

Only bathroom slide door missing.The rest was okay

The staff didn't reply email when enquiries were made about the booking. Lack in hospitality. Very far from the city attraction. Tuk tuk is very hard to get in the area.

I got room with balcony and viewer very nice..
Next time I want repeat this hotel again.
