ナコーンサワン駅からのアクセスが非常に不便。ホテルの立地場所の問題ではなくタクシーが全く無いとは知らなかった。列車が3時間近く遅れたのでホテルのチェックインも遅れたもののフロントの対応は笑顔で出迎えて戴き嬉しかった。しかし部屋に入ってシャワーを浴びようとバスタブの中に入った途端にトイレ側に水漏れしており洗面とトイレ回りが水浸し・・タオルはバスタオルのみ歯ブラシ無し、エアコンは今にも壊れそうな音でしたが朝まで我慢、翌朝フロントに状況を説明したところ部屋を換えて戴き問題解決。即時の対応ありがとうございました。スタッフの対応は良かったのですが設備の面でマイナス評価になりました。

Easy and Convenient Stay.

Nice but far from everything
Pros:

It is a nice Hotel with some nice features. Breakfast is basic and is much the same every day. Where it is situated means you have to take a Taxi regardless of where you want to go. Can't fault the cleanliness of the Hotel, however probably due to being 240 km from Bangkok it is not easy to find someone who speaks English at the Hotel.

Pros:

There was no soap or other normal expected products in the bathroom near the washing basin. The hotel said use the soap dispenser in the shower. That means walking into the shower to pump soap to wash hands. The shower floor was dangerously slippery and the towel rail on the shower wall was very loose (from people holding on to it to prevent slipping in the shower). There was no electric jug or coffee in the room. I had to borrow a jug and buy coffee & sugar to have coffee. Hotel said if I had paid more for a VIP room I would have coffee facilities. However, still no soap in the bathroom basin. So VIP's get coffee but less table space in the rooms. To save electricity, the lights in the corridors do not go on until 5pm daily. It is dark to walk in the corridors and not ideally safe.

Dit hotel verdient de naam niet.
Pros:

Eerst een kamer aangeboden gekregen wat een standaard kamer bleek te zijn. Dat hadden we niet geboekt. Direct gevraagd naar andere kamer en die ook gekregen en die bleek overeen te komen met de geboekte. Restaurant was qua eten en bediening goed, maar weer die eeuwige tv aan op volle geluidssterkte. Ontbijt meer dan matig. Al met al Grand?? En een Hill was er ook niet in de buurt. Dus waar Grand ook voor stond, niet voor de accommodatie in ieder geval.

ห้องพักดีสมราคา อาหารหลากหลาย โดยรวม ดีค่ะสามารถ เดินทางจากโรงแรมไปไหว้พระที่วัดคีรีวงศ์ วัดที่สวยงาม เพียง 5 นาที รวมถึงใกล้กับSupermarket หลายแห่ง สะดวกในการ Shopping ใกล้กับร้านขายของฝาก ขนมโมจิ จากหลายๆร้าน

nice hotel in a not much happening town
Pros:

Better to have a vehicle but they do have a Tuk Tuk available.
Only about 2 or 3 things to see in this town do not even sure I would recommend going there.
Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly but did not have many guests when we were their, probably due to the town rather than hotel.
Hotel is convenient if you have your own vehicle as right next to highway.
If you are going to eat European food go to the 456 restaurant, down a small Soi but well worth it, best BBQ ribs I have ever had in Thailand.
