No breakfast or any meal services was available.

The staff here are very helpful and kind. The property does not have a restaurant. The rooms smell of damp as do pillows and mattress. I asked for a blanket and got a bedsheet!! I had to ask for a mosquito net. Over priced for a tired hotel. Near the beach but no views only grotty tin roofs and a huge dirty wall of the hotel next door that blocks out any light. Internet is bad and they have power cuts all the time. Disappointing.

Good place for stay. Highly recommended the owner was so helpful and friendly even after we had to check-in late. It's close to Whale Watching sites too and made our travel so much easier.

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Good location near to the beach - hard to find in a taxi when you first arrive.

WiFi is Terrible and the rooms have a lot of moisture in them that made my clothes damp. But the beds are comfortable and rooms are clean and it’s in a very convenient location.

Said there was a ocean view but couldn't see it from the room.

Gehan is kind and very helpful, a generous host and great hospitality. He was able to recommend the best places to eat, snorkel, whale watching etc. Location is within proximity to lots of eateries. Service is good, hence would consider staying there again next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reach Holidays. The room was exactly like the pictures, it was very spacious with a huge bathroom and shower. We arrived in the morning but were able to check in straight away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Ocean reach holidays is so close to Mirissa Beach, we’d definitely stay here again in the future.

Amazing, wonderful family running this beautiful hotel. It’s in the PERFECT location, right by the bus stand, right opposite the beach, but as it’s 50m or so away from the road it’s totally peaceful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful 7 days in this lovely hotel . Great location, friendly staff . Nothing to fault here . The young lads who work here are all training for qualifications in tourism and don’t earn a
great deal so bear this in mind when you leave and tip generously, this goes a long way !

We had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reach Holidays. The staff are extremely attentive & were happy to help with anything we needed. The wifi was very quick when on the balcony & the room in general was large, well laid out & very clean. Overall, a brilliant two night stay - we wish we had booked longer!

Great location for the price. Across the street from the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Nice soft towels and some toiletries included. Also have a drying rack outside your door to lay out towels, clothes and shoes. Hot water in the shower!!! Which isn’t always the case in Sri Lanka. They also have a place to rinse the sand off of your feet. Staff really nice and helped arrange transport to my next destination. WiFi was great, no issues. Would stay again.

Amazing and helpful manager who provided great tips for our stay. Nice rooms, good aircon, really close to the beach. Really happy with our stay here. Would certainly stay here again if in Mirissa.

The family was very attentive, friendly, responsive, and helpful. They guided us toward the best restaurants in town, personally served us breakfast every morning, and booked our transport back to Colombo. They take good and constant care of the property and it shows... and pays off.
There were a couple times where the power shut off for a short time (less than an hour) but this was area-wide. Not terribly disruptive in the long run.
Marissa is a busy, bustling beach town and we were there at peak season. So it can be crowded and noisy (on the streets and beach) but the hotel is set back from that and very peaceful.

Great little hotel with fantastic location right across the road from the beach, but far enough away to be quiet for party nights. Rooms decent size and balcony gives space to chill. Small shop on corner when exiting with cheap eats, worth staying longer
