Pros:

It is my 3rd time staying in your hotel. Pros: All inclusive, location, services of the hotel like kids club, bus shuttle to beach and swimming pool.

Cons:

the hotel decor and rooms are dated. The cleanness level declined (noticed in the lobby in the basement, restaurant tables, kids club where a child threw up and it wasn’t noticed or cleaned for 45 minutes until i reported to the kids club employee).

لا يوجد شطاف ماء بالحمام .
اثاث الغرفة قديم جدا .
شاحن الجوال بطي جدا جدا
وانواع الاكل بالبوفيه نفس الشي لا يوجد تنوع يذكر .. صعب ناكل 7 ايام نفس الاكل .
فترة السناك لا يوجد اكل جيد .. كلها مقالي وباردة ونفس الانواع كل يوم
ولا يوجد اي اكل يحضر .
او حتى شي من انواع الافطار ويكون متاخر .
وطلبت من الاستقبال ان يعطونا ترقية الى سويت او جناح مجانية .. وبعد كم يوم اتصل علينا وقال ادفع 3000 يورو ونسوي لك ترقية ورفضت . لا اعرف ماهي هذه الترقية التي ادفع عليها مقابل مادي .

الصراحة ان المبلغ المدفوع لا يستحق التجربة نهائي . واعتبر ان الموضوع مبالغ فيه جدا .. وتجربة لن تتكرر ابدا
