This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. Due to a mistake in the booking, we were asked to pay an additional amount, which we eventually had to pay after checking out. I have travelled many times and stayed in numerous hotels, but this is the first time in my life I have experienced such a situation. It is extremely disappointing to have to pay extra because of a booking issue. The hotel should handle such situations professionally and fairly rather than putting the financial burden on the guests. This experience has significantly affected my impression of the hotel, and I would not expect this from a hotel that values its guests.

Everything especially the theme park and the room was very clean 👌 . And the food was very good 👍🏻. And the decorations in the room are soo pretty .
