How everything is curated for kids and they loved every single second and in the same time you provided entertainment for the adults
I didnt like that the buffet didn't have new things everyday like it used to 2years ago. Two years ago they had the classic set buffet menu and added a new corner and cuisine every night. We stayed 5 nights and really got bored from the food. But other than that, everything was perfect
It was Kids friendly property, kids club, water park and slides, soft drinks at B floor were good, and the food is good at the main restaurant that will be opened at specific time for breakfast, lunch and dinner at B floor. also, few points already added to your bracelet that you can exchange with ice cream from limited locations.
The overall property is overrated; it is too expensive for nothing special comparing to other luxury hotels, the room is not isolated, you have to pay extra charge for each child regardless of the room or child age, fast-track price changes each day "Like Stock" and you will not get fast-track priority for most of the games, also you will pay for anything you order at the water park area "Not All Inclusive as mentioned", and the food at the was not good at the Lunch restaurant at the water park location.

Halil was great at our arrival and Tenzile was amazing at our lunches and dinners. Tenzile take care of our children meals and our seating and everything. Ceylan was also good at basement cafe.
We were a bit upset at the first morning breakfast service but guests relations immediately take care of our complaint. Thanks to Alicia Büttner

We were given a room with a great view of the castle which allowed us to watch the night shows from the comfort of our room.
Room was of a good size, very beautifully designed with stand out features.
Unlimited access to the theme park (aqua park/adventure land) and Nickelodeon land. This was amazing. We went off peak so all rides had empty queues which was fantastic for us as a family.
Staff were lovely; huge shout out to Hayrettin - he was amazing and made our stay incredible. We looked forward to seeing him everyday.
The desserts looked and tasted beautiful and food was of high quality especially the grill section. Reception area with the free candy is great too and the Nyssa bar with the free ice creams and drinks.
Overall professionalism, hygiene and cleanliness was good.
There was a lot of things that weren’t communicated to us like the free shuttle to the other Rixos hotel, how the wristband works, timings of shows etc. We had to find out a lot of things by ourselves.
Wasn’t really pleased with the transportation - 90 euros for one way from airport to hotel or vice versa and it wasn’t really VIP. For the price, there should be drinks provided or a cleaner car.
Although all staff were very welcoming and accommodating, many struggled with speaking English which was sometimes frustrating.
Food was good but very repetitive especially if you’re staying for a week. Themed buffets daily would’ve been better. The snack time buffet was actually recycled food from lunch so after the third day, we didn’t end up going to get snacks. More variety should be available or opportunities to get other snacks should be provided.
More amenities in the bathrooms would’ve been better or useful amenities for kids to use.
