The staff were very friendly and helpful

Merkezi olmasına rağmen trafik yoğunluğunun az olduğu konumu, ulaşım ve parkyeri bakımından çok rahattı. Şehir gürültüsünden oldukça uzaktı.
Sabah kahvaltısı gayet tatmin ediciydi.
Personel çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü.

Yabancı misafirlerimi otele getirdim verdikleri odaya misafirlerimi yerleştirmeye çıktım birde ne göreyim verdikleri kart ile kapıyı açtım oda da başka bir çifti uygunsuz şekilde gördüm başımdan aşağı sular döküldü meğer dolu odayı vermişler rezil oldum görevliyi çağırdım derhal hemen geldi sanki çok normalmiş gibi oda leş gibi bebek için verdikleri beşik leş gibi ve oyuncak bebek beşiği gibi bir tek kahvaltı fena değildi

Very bad hotel, bathroom without light, no ventilation. Broken mirror and high level of noise at night and day on 7th floor. Very small room, flimsy furniture's

The staff is very good. tariffs are reasonable. Breakfast is ok, limited. No fruit. It looks like a watermelon from yesterday, but it has no taste. But since the place is on the top floor, this view makes up for everything. You will have breakfast with the seagulls.
There is a kebab restaurant under the hotel, the prices are expensive but the quality is good.
The room is very comfortable and cool. Just a little far from the Metro, and right next to the mosque. So there is a lot of noise, it's prayer time. Close the windows at night, This problem is all over the country. It's like everyone has to pray. The only thing missing is the balcony. But downstairs there is a terrace, tea, coffee, everything.
Internet is very good

Es muss unbedingt renoviert und erneuert werden.Auch das Inventar und Geräte müssen erneuert werden.Frühstück muss besser werden.Dann ist es ein super Hotel.

In email from Hotels.com was mentioned: standard room, breakfast included, check-in time 12:30 Hrs.
On reception I was informed: check-in time 14:00 Hrs., breakfast has to be paid….. On top of this: the toilet tank was continuously leaking, the door lock was alarming for half minutes every time you touch, one of the bedside table was missing, instead was installed room table. Looks like my booking was big surprise, I came 13:00 Hrs. and had to wait for 1 Hrs. Rest was OK.

Das Hotel hatte keine gute Lage, aber der Allgemein war es sauber, aber es kam manchmal Zigarettengeruch ins Zimmer.

Start the trip off I get charged a extra 15$ to have my wife stay in the same room. Hotel staff litterly told her she can wait for me downstairs if I didn't want to pay the money. It was midnight, therefore we paid and just went to the room. Upon getting to the room, we found it to be quite dirty. We asked the staff if there was another room and they then decided they could no longer speak English. We went back to the room, took showers, and left for to our next destination. I would not advise anyone to stay here.

Onprofessioneel en verlaten hotel. Restaurant leek wel een koffiehuis. Kamers waren klein en oud. Hotel was erg gehorig.
