הרגשה של אכסניה ולא מלון בוטיק.

הזמנו במלון 7 חדרים בשבועי של פסח - ביקשנו לאכול את ארוחת החג - עלות הייתה לפי הבעלים 550 ש"ח לסועד ילד או מבוגר אבל עשו הנחה בגלל הכמות ל 420, הבטיחו ארוחת מלכים ושולחן אבירים.
כמו כן לעזיבה מאוחרת בצאת החג - (דתיים) 550 ש"ח לחדר!!!!! 5 חדרים, להשוואה מלון הרברט סמואל שהוא הרבה יותר טוב גובה 250 לעזיבה מאוחרת ו 450 לארוחת חג באמת מפוארת.

בארוחה הכל היה חד פעמי, הוגש דג - התנצלנו שאין מספיק לכולם.
מנה עיקרית רצועות שניצל ואסאדו חצי שרוף ושומני שגם הוא נגמר - מפואר זה לא!!!! ובטח לא שווה 6500 ש"ח לארוחה !!! פשוט מביך

ארוחות בוקר מנות מרכזיות מאוד מצומצמות ומרגיש בחסכון. בלי טונה בלי מבחר גבינות בלי חביתות למרות שהיה גוי שבת ומותר להעביר אש - מתי שנות העברית..

רצינו גם ארוחת חג ביום החג, רצו גם 6500 ש"ח - ויתרנו והבאנו קייטרינג שקנינו ואכלנו בלובי אחרי ששאלנו האם מותר והסכימו לנו.

אישתי אלרגית לאבק לכן ביקשנו ניקיון נוסף שלא יהיו כדורי אבק - ודאגו 3 פעמים. כמובן שאיך שהגענו החדר מלא באבק על המיטה ובין המיטות ועל הרצפה - התקשרנו לקבלה ושלחו

מעלית שבת עבדה לפרקים - אימא שלי מבוגרת בת 80 נאלצה לעלות ולרדת 6 קומות ברגל כי המעלית נתקעה. פעם נשלח נציג להפעיל את מעלית שבת בשבילה.

שורה תחתונה שפנינו לענת אמרה שלא מבינה מה הבעיה ועשתה 550 ש"ח הנחה על עזיבה אחת מאוחרת מתוך 5 שנשארו

בשיח אחד בטלפון עם אחיה היה פשוט מביך - לא מבינים מה הבעיה שניצל פרוס כמנה עיקרית ודגים שחסרים ואין אפילו חצי מנה לסועד!!! ואסאדו שרוף שלא הספיק ונגמר,

הציעו פיצוי ארוחת זוג לשני לילות באמצע שבוע אבל לחזור לא נחזור לשם.

חוויה מאכזבת מאוד – פער גדול בין ההבטחות למציאות, עם תנאים לא נוחים ועלויות נסתרות.

מרוב שהתאכזבנו לא אהבנו כלום

Cons:

המלון ממוקם בפועל באמצע אתר בנייה, דבר שלא צוין מראש ופוגע מאוד בחוויית השהות.
אין חניה מסודרת למלון, אלא הסדר חלקי בלבד עם חניון יקר מאוד – גם לאחר “הנחה” של 20%, כל שעה עולה כ-40 ש"ח.
בפועל שילמתי כ-280 ש"ח ל-24 שעות חניה – מחיר מוגזם ולא סביר, במיוחד כשזה לא מצוין מראש בתהליך ההזמנה. אם הייתי יודעת, בהחלט הייתי שוקלת אם להזמין את המלון.
בנוסף, בשעה 6:00 בבוקר התעוררנו מרעש של טרקטורים וקדיחות, אחרי שחזרנו מאוחר בלילה – דבר שפוגע מאוד במנוחה הבסיסית שמלון אמור לספק.
החניה גם מרוחקת, מה שמאלץ להיסחב עם מזוודות במרכז העיר – חוויה לא נוחה בכלל.
בחרתי במלון בעקבות המלצות, אך לצערי יש פער גדול בין מה שמוצג לבין המציאות בפועל.
לא אמליץ על המלון הזה.

Wonderful overnight stay in Jerusalem
Pros:

I booked a room on the day of my stay. When I arrived they let me check in early (midday!) and upgraded my room from a single to a double free of charge. Really easy and very friendly welcome to Jerusalem
